You have a great grasp of how light your paints are going to dry! Each time you laid down a dark wash, I thought oh no - she's about to ruin it - and then it'd dry much lighter than I envisioned it would. Many thanks for a beautiful video.

I was thinking the same thing. I’m not an architect but studied graphics many years ago pre-CAD. This has that lovely free flowing but technical feel about it.
Peter Sheeler does it too. Look him up, I’m sure you would appreciate his style.
I know this is an old post but I used to do drawing of records with technical pens and ink and other helps. It is all CAD now. Miss that job. So sad that technology is replacing so many jobs.
@@shancan6328 I agree with you. Technology is not only replacing many jobs (and whole industries), but humans are losing so many skills of the past, drawing is just one of them.

Thanks for the tutorial, I just tried this one and it came out pretty good. I used a different brand (cheap!) of watercolors so mine has a little different tint to it. Thanks for putting these lessons out there for us beginners!

For some reason, when i see lefty is doing something, i look with more attention. I believe that lefties have different way of thinking, they often use unique approaches and techniques, and most of people don’t understand how they do this .
