Great that you have put out a nice double bass recording. The description doesn’t seem to credit any of the other musicians though, and the track listing doesn’t make clear the names or composers of most of the pieces.
@@rkini CHOOSE BASS as a bass player you will not regret it. Even though cello is super cool, you could always play jazz on the bass and its more swag than the cello
@@rkini Besides this excellent recording and performance, go listen to some other bassists like Luis Cabrera, Theotine Voisin, David Desimpelaere, Wies de Boeve, Odon Racz, and Mikyung Sung, then decide. :)
You probably dont care but if you are bored like me atm then you can watch pretty much all of the new movies on InstaFlixxer. Have been streaming with my brother recently xD
Nope, he wrote two piano concertos, a piano trio, a cello sonata and 17 songs for voice. There's also been some arrangements of his pieces for other instruments.
아름다운 연주곡 잘 들었습니다~감사합니다~🎵🎻🎻🎹🌿🍀☘🌹🌹☘🍀🌿❤❤
Precious records. Good to listen!

01:21:14 (and ahead) sounds like a transcripion of Rachmaninov´s Cello Sonata in G minor. I just love this piece. Please, give the man his credit!
have you even read the descriprion ?
Yes, I did. Although the description mentions Rachmaninov, there is no indication of the sonata title at the track list.
Mikyung Sung also has given a good live performance of this sonata with Ilya Rashkovskiy which I find musically quite compelling and exciting.
beautiful
At minute 23:18 there is an editing problem, but the Maestro Hans Roelofsen is excellent!!
Muito bonito. Obrigada!
Who composed the exquisite duetto for Clarinet and Double Bass? Brilliant!!!
G. Bottesini.
It's amazing!
I was just trying to find a comment that was not made 3 years ago. Lol, I was listening because I am trying to pick between bass and cello.

@@nay6248 Indeed, I've tried a few other string instruments, but nothing beats the bass.
I want that album cover as a t-shirt
Lovely, but I thought it was going to be an album of bass players.
Same here.

@Imran Graham definitely, I've been using instaflixxer for since december myself :D
@@zaydenluciano1124 fucking bots
who is the bassist for these recordings? or does it vary?
I'd especially like to know for the second movement of the bottesini concerto number 2
Where is the Allegro Mossi at the end from!?
The names of the composers are not listed next to the titles. Can that be added please?
Hello Paul! We have added the composers to the tracklist. You can find it in the description box.
@@BrilliantClassics Many, many thanks.
👍👍👍!
I thought Chopin only wrote for piano.
