I’m currently with SFI, I switched from company after 6 months. So far I’ve been maintaining some weeks are better than others, that’s business of course. I have made money and never fell behind with taking sometimes a week off, it’s all in how you manage. However I have decided to buy one of their used trucks soon just waiting on the bank. I’m going to turn the lease truck in and run the other truck, since I’m able to drop that 25% down. But overall I have never had any problems with SFI and was able to make money.

You're not the first one that I've heard get the short end of the stick when it comes to these Lease trucks from SFI / Schneider. Doesn't seem like they look over or inspect these trucks before they leave them out. All they do is get them detailed then screw the driver over
I hear you and appreciate the info however you said, "$1200 per week monthly payment." Im hoping you meant $1200 per month. I was looking at SFI until I saw what they wanted for the balloon payments on some of their trucks $50-$80,000. Thanks for the info though.
Lone Mountain. $5000 and a monthly payment. It's 2023, I got a 2019 Peterbilt with just over 400k miles. 5k down, $1890 for 42 months. Truck still had factory warranty on it. If trucks don't have factory warranty on it, they will purchase a third party warranty for you. Also, you can test drive and take to a shop if you want. Much better options than a high weekly payment where you're enslaved to the truck
