  • These are two unused songs that can be found in the PAL PS2 release of Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary. The first is Highschool Confidential by Rough Trade, which I'm guessing was removed because of its lyrics... The second is called "testtrack" in the files and is actually a compressed version of The Bear Basics from Pac-Man World 2 with a fadeout added about a minute into the song. Blank files for both of these are also present in the European GameCube release of the game. There is also a file called "come.mic" in the PAL PS2 version, but it's blank and was probably a failed conversion of Come On Eileen which is used in the game.

When I was a young, naïve boy, I always thought that the songs in this collection's menu fit for Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man since, well, they're married.
...boy, learning about Come on, Eileen's lyrics and the euphemisms in Joystick make me regret feeling like that LMAO
Highschool Confidential also would be been even FURTHER down that path, maybe it's smart that they removed it lol

Imagine hearing all these songs from the late 20th century and out of nowhere, PMW2's theme pops up

Now I want to see the first song played over the game's menu, preferably with Pac-Mania and Galaga '88 unlocked.
