I find Jewish rabbis lectures to be very relaxing , there a great sense of clarity and relaxation these guys are very down to earth and not hyper emotional like alot of Christian preachers
Same here, and I am christian. I think modern christianity has come down to a motivational/spiritual ted talk. Which there is nothing bad about. But the question isnt, what can He do for us. It is what can we do for Him. I think it makes a lot of sense

It just another mechanism they use to get us to their false God. It doesn't work. The church is getting smaller less and less Americans are going to church in this country. My grandmother is a pastor and her church only has 6 people there. Idk how she is able to keep it open and going. It is a battle for me to keep her unknowingly evil prayers off of me.

So WE WORKSHIP HIM BECAUSE HE DESERVE TO BE WORKSHIPED Before Every other reason ,and we hope from Him to Give us Paradise With His Mercy Upon Us because he is ARRA^HMAN ,ARRA^HIM ,wich means THE MOST MERCIFULL WITH EVERYONE and from His Mecry That He is AL^HALIM meaning He Give his servents time to repent and go back to Him and provide them food again and again and again and everything to stay alive Even if they are disbelivers ,and the second one means THE ONE WHO IS SPECIALY MERCIFULL WITH THE BELIVERS 'MUSLIMS(SUBMITERS TO HIM ALONE) and that's why he reward them with paradise not because they deserve it ,but because they did Surrender to His ALL MIGHTY POWER and SURRENDER TO HIM'.
So basicly we don't workship God for paradise but paradise is the reward for the people who do workship God ,but we do want paradise and scare from hell fire and Allah's punishment for sure and this is what a muslim is we should stay between hope and scare of Allah Sub^Hanahu wataâla waiting for His Ra^Hma in the yawm al^qiyama (day of judgement) in chaalah may alah makes us from the people of the highest level of paradise 'alfirdaws' amin.
AND By the way ALLAH NEEDS NOTHING FROM US ,BUT DESERVE OUR WORSHIP SO we SHOULD HEAR AND OBEY AND DO GOOD THAT HE ORDERED US TO DO.

I’m a Christian but I like listening to the Rabbi. He brings so much clarity to the Old Testament. Also, Christianity is about service as well. To serve God and people. We are all called to serve. The apostle Paul said it best. “To live is to serve to die is gain”.
There is no acts of service in Christianity, only faith. Judaism is act based. Everything you do or dont do, as commanded from above, is an act of service to the Lord.
Religion separates from God and service connects with God. This Rabbi is a great teacher.
"Yes! Whosoever earns evil and his sin (that is disbelief, satanism, polytheism) has surrounded him, they are dwellers of the Fire (i.e. Hell); they will dwell therein forever.And those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, they are dwellers of Paradise, they will dwell therein forever."{Surah Al-Bakara:81-82} Here the principle of going to Paradise and hell is described against the claim of the Jews.
ALLAH say, “(O Prophet!) Say (to pagans/disbelievers), I am a human being like you, (but because of being possessive of divine excellence & divine capability) it is revealed to me that my GOD and your GOD is only one, The unique GOD. Therefore, let him/her who hopes to meet his Lord (in the Hereafter) should do good deeds, and do not associate anyone in worship of his Lord."( AL-Quran chapter 18, last verse (110) of Surah Al-Kahf)
And for the people of Paradise, the greatest blessing of Paradise will be the happiest when the people of Paradise will meet their LORD ALLAH (in the Hereafter) according to the promise.

God doesn't need anything from us. We need everything from Him, in this life as well as in afterlife. He gives and we receive. That's how it works.

I work at a supermarket. Today someone asked me for frozen chopped onions. Being Easter the store had sold a lot of food. I looked in 2 places first and couldn't find them. Then, I figured I'd look closer, and I found them. The guy was happy. I told him that he made my day. It's nice to feel useful.

Instead of saying the God “needs”something, it seems more appropriate to say God “wants” something. I’ve taught that “need” is a “creature” word. It sounds strange to me to say that God needs anything.
Why would ALLAH allow someone from his creatures into paradise who will arrogantly show Intense hatreds towards his (own creator or) GOD’s will and commandments therein? [7:13] (ALLAH) said: "(O Iblis satan) get down from this (Paradise), it is not for you to be arrogant here. Get out, for you are of those humiliated and disgraced." Surat Al-'A`raf, the previous verse 7:12 : (ALLAH) said: "What prevented you (O Iblis) that you did not prostrate, when I commanded you?" Iblis said: "I am better than him (Adam), You created me from fire, and him You created from clay."

I can't say that I've ever chosen a religion for the destination, but I know it happens all the time with people. But, it's very clear that he and I have differing views regarding the purpose of life on the earth and our role in the "afterlife". This was very good to listen to. As a Christian, I both agree and disagree with your view on Christianity. I would say most Christians are concerned the most about the destination of simply getting to heaven when they die. But, there are others like myself that don't see that as the end all be all of the faith. It is to have the joy of loving YHWH and knowing the love of His Son and using that love to love and serve others just as our Savior did. Real Christianity in itself before the Roman Empire got ahold of it was never supposed to be a religion.

In whose Book Record there is only sin and sin; That is, the disbelief and shirk, (due to their unbelief, their good deeds and good conduct will not be of any benefit to them), they will be immersed in the eternal hell, and those who will be rewarded for the faith and good deeds, they will be in Paradise.
And if a believer is a sinner, his case will be in ALLAH's favor, if he so wishes, then he will forgive him by his grace and mercy, or, as punishment, for some days, in the hell, he will enter Paradise on the recommendation of the Prophet (peace be upon him). My friends say I have a Jewish Spirit. I agree with this Rabbi. I tell Christians and others that we shouldn’t think about how our lives are when we think of HIM. Why? Bereshit bara Elohim, et ha-shamaiyim veg et ha-arretz.

I have been studing mystical knowledge for a while now about 5 to 6 years. And I find myself attracted to Kabbalah and mystical Judaism. I've been listening to your videos and they are very informative thank you. But this video came as a shock to me. Because last week I called a Chabad to ask if a non-jewish person could visit and learn more .. And I was completely shot down and told the only Jews are allowed in the chabad.
These were the words exactly of the lady who picked up the phone.
Why would you want to come to a Chabad if you're not Jewish?
To me Judaism is not only by Blood is to want or to need or desire
To know the Creator and to have the wisdom to understand his plan and will for our lives.
If there is a Chabad in Tampa Fl that is willing to share their knowing with a non Jewish human being. Please let me know. Thank you..

Hello, so they might of taught u wanted to convert and they have to turn u down few times before accepting u to be sure u are sincerse , since there is really no need for someone to convert , all Chabad houses are very welcoming and open places that accept Jews and non Jews alike , if u say u interesting in converting u will be turned down few times , u can try again or try another Chabad , all the best and good luck in learning abt God

People who believe that the pope is Christian would agree with you but there are many Christians who don't think anything about the pope, some even hate him and don't think he is Christian, instead Antichrist so to say...

Hi MadWillyLove, Roman Catholics are not the be all and end all of Christianity some might say they have been so infiltrated and corrupted that they are no longer Christians. I believe in the scriptures and I'm not a Christian, but by the same token I'm not ignorant to the fact there are differences.
it does not matter what Kind of label you identify with. Christian, Jew or Muslim..
Just worship ONE GOD and do good. That's the core message in almost every religion. If Christian means follower of Jesus . than I'm happy to call myself Christian. If Muslim means submitter to God, than I'm happy to call myself Muslim. It is not about labels.

@@AbdulAllaH7 funny lol, first of all my comment was referring to the fact that I’ve always thought what’s better than being alive, what’s wrong with just being on earth with family/friends, that’s fine for me I don’t need to go anywhere else, there isn’t a ‘better place’😂 second of all, in the world we know if someone creates something, they NEED it to fulfil the purpose it was intended for when created 🧐 to believe in G-d is to believe he created us, regardless of him being perfect before our existence, he still created us, meaning he needs us for something, otherwise he would of just made a bunch of clones with no free will🥲 no matter what our actions may be , good or evil, it’s all contributing towards his divine plan🥲 saying G-d needs us doesn’t mean he lacks anything, he can’t lack, he has no limit.. God doesn’t “NEED” anything from his creation. He wants you to follow his commandments and praise him.
The definition of God as a perfect being is the entity that is perfect and full in itself, that which doesn't need anything. Rabbi, God does not need. Need is strictly condition of "created" not Creator. What kind of talmudic, over-streching interpretation is to say The God needs.....?
What GOD wants is in first commandment to love your God with all your heart and soul!

Secondly, why was he mad at Iblis? The angels doubted your god (verse 30 of the chapter of al-Baqara) so he called them to prostrate. Then later in the surah we learn...
"And when We said unto the angels: Prostrate yourselves before Adam, they fell prostrate, all save Iblis. He demurred through pride, and so became a disbeliever. " (Surah: Al-Baqara, verse:34)
He commanded the ANGELS. If a principal says, "All students must leave the classroom!" and the teacher stays, should she be fired? Who forgot that Iblis was not an angel, Muhammad or his god? Or did one of them forget or simply choose not to explain the whole story?

He says that, in his view, nothing is better than life, not even the after-life or paradise would be better than life. Also, in his view, worshiping God is a favor to God since He created "this mess" (I'm quoting the rabbi's verbatim). Thus, the rabbi's logic suggests a "tête-à-tête" position with God. The blatant truth, however, is that no creature can ever be "tête-à-tête" with The Creator.

This got me thinking real deep.
The creator doesn't need us to do anything for him except to obey his laws and commands for our own good. Micah 6:6-8With what shall I come before the Lord
and bow down before the exalted God?
Shall I come before him with burnt offerings,
with calves a year old?
7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams,
with ten thousand rivers of olive oil?
Shall I offer my firstborn for my transgression,
the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.
And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly with your God.
Happy are those who had Rabbi Manis Friedman as a teaching mentor; I wish I did.
That said, I'd like to add one clarification from the far side about the expression "He's in a better place now."
Catholics and many other Christians recognize three states in the Church (n.b. a church is a building): suffering, militant and triumphant. The Suffering Church consists of the departed who are shedding every attachment that turned them away from God. The Church Militant consists of those who actively seek to do God's Will and sing His praise, the good stuff for Rabbi Friedman. Finally, the Triumphant Church consists of those departed who have reached their destination and are fully facing God.
Since no one is without sin, "He's in a better place now" is a gentle way to reassure those grieving that the departed was already traveling in the right direction, and his an encouragement to forgive any misdeed unatoned or any grudge not forgotten.
The only good place to be, on Earth or in Heaven, is who God planned us to be.
