      @@sostenibilidadyser hello to each Paola and Lea, nice to be nice, but what Ben L says is not a nice generality about abstract oneness over religion... his words are precise that is saying a lot more. Being Muslim that take care to learn from our Jewish knowledge can't be answered by nice generalities. Because our friend Ben L is doing the opposite of a general move, that is brilliant. It isn't brilliant only because it's rare, but because it is courageously trying to complete his knowledge, trying to compare his understanding, questioning his tradition. That is brilliant because it is what we can share decently! Shavua tov

      WARNING IN BIBLE:
      7 So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.
      8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
      9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
      10 Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?
      11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
      12 Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth.
      13 When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it.
      14 Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;
      15 If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.
      16 None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.
      17 Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal.
      18 When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die thereby.
      19 But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby.
      20 Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways.

    I struggle with PTSD episodes almost everyday and I beat myself up everytime a bad memory replays in my head. This really changed the way I see my past now. God allowed every single ounce of suffering to happen for my betterment. (Proverbs 3:12). I would have never stooped down from my prideful life if He didn't take away everything I held on to. It was to make me realize that He was my only permanence in this fleeting world. If I dwell in regret and hatred because of my past, then I am angry at God-- not only at the people who abused me.

      I don’t think enlightenment is necessarily bestowed upon a person; however, you know? I think if you seek it, you will find it, within yourself, because it’s always been there. God is present within all of us, no matter the religion, the situation, context - we all have access to God; the love within us. It is within our free will, and available to us, at all times. I guess this has been my experience, anyway. We are all working on this, I suppose.

    Anger is a righteous gift. Anger can be the emotion that turns everything around for you. Getting Angry with yourself can push you to do better. Getting angry with others can cause them to look at themselves and change. Anger can be the emotion that finally gets the attention of those at fault!

    • @zion367

      Exactly. Anger in itself is not bad.

      Anger can be good IF you learn from it .of we dont.

    • @Angeltara02
      @Angeltara02 Год назад +1

      The problem with this is that it assumes the anger is justified and that is hard to do. All too often, we are angry without considering the other person or side of the story.. We think our needs, wants and hurt are inherently important and they are not. The world doesn't care... Only we do. So when we are angry at others and want to point out their fault, it is really only our personal subjective opinion. For example...I am the bad guy in other people's story, whereas they are the bad guy in mine. My story is just as real as theirs, so who's right? We both are. So who is justified in their anger? We both are. So who should be corrected? We both should. Orrr... We can keep our opinions to ourselves and just live without trying to "fix" others, lest we be fixed.

    • @zion367
      @zion367 Год назад

      @@Angeltara02 I dont agrew with that. There are two opinions, but only one absolute truth.
      Whoever abides in the objective truth is capable of having righteous anger which will result in assertiveness and boundaries.

    • @Angeltara02
      @Angeltara02 Год назад

      @@zion367 I do not believe there is an absolute truth. Only perspective. Two people can view the same event but based on their lens of previous life events, will see it completely different. And there's no real way to say who is right or wrong. If you add a third person, you'll just get a third version of events. This is why eye witnesses seldom completely agree on what happen. There is no truth... Only perspective.

    I am so blessed by my heavenly Father. I love because He first loved me. His grace He poured on me this is how I can show grace to others. Yeshua is my Lord and Savior.

    Rabbi, Thank you, you just gave me an entirely different view on how to look upon those who do you wrong. I have been a victim of harassment for over 2yrs as of today and for the most part, I give it unto Gods hand bc i know he is the ultimate judge. Some are truly guided by demonic entities and there is no doubt, my adversary is one of them. The old me would of settled this a loooong time ago, but to the power and grace of God, he has lifted my spirit regardless of who, what comes against me.

So Yes, if someone makes you a victim, if you are a victim because someone is hurting you with their actions and their choices, everyone has a choice, and if they choose to keep hurting you, just walk away from them. Period. They are not aligned with Gods words. Evem if they claim to be. Actions always speak greater than words.

    I Love the God given wisdom of this wonderful Rabbi. It’s our choices that make us into bad people. God doesn’t want us to hurt anyone, but once we decide to, which means I suppose to just think about hurting someone, and we become a bad person immediately and if the person dies that is Gods decision, but because someone has exercised their free will to hurt someone they become a murderer. Also, if someone spreads lies about a person, then they must be trying to ruin a person’s reputation, and so this is a form of murder too, am I right??? I just thought about that!
