So JJ Racaza has a great video out there on this. I do not, as I’ve had the same issues as JJ with tendinitis. Problem: squeezing with middle finger engaging too much of the forearm. The solution (but does not necessarily help your shot) pinching the pinky leaving the middle finger limp instead. Activates a different section of your forearm. But that’s all I’ve found in difference, is what JJ explains.
