  • The secret of meat in a pan in 10 minutes.
    How to soften the toughest meat. The whole family loved this recipe. No one believed that it was possible to cook such soft meat from the toughest cut of beef in 10 minutes.
    It is so delicious that I can cook this meat 3 times a week. Try cooking like this and you will be surprised.
    Ingredients:
    350g (1 LB) beef.
    A pinch of salt.
    2 tablespoons soy sauce.
    Black pepper.
    1 egg.
    1 tbsp. cornstarch.
    2-3 cloves of garlic.
    Ginger.
    Some hot pepper (optional).
    1 pepper.
    1 onion.
    2 tbsp. soy sauce.
    1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (or any other).
    A pinch of sugar.
    1 tbsp. cornstarch.
    Some water.
    Parsley.

      i wanna try it this way
      I'll use as less banking soda as possible as it can alter the taste of the meat. I'll marinate the meat with baking soda and leave it for 15 mins and then rinse the meat to ensure the baking soda isn't sticking to the meat, after that I'll marinate the meat with the necessary spices and leave it for half n hour, when I'll start to cook the meat I'll add water mixed with cornstarch it will be give the velvety appearance to the meat. That's the plan.

    I love my beef as soft as silk..I Soak/Marinade my Steak in Bitter Oranges Juice n Garlic Powder for for ((24hrs in the Fridge))..The Steak Ripssss apart like a wet napkin ..comes out amazing 2 say the least ...
