great tutorial mikey and amazing work on the afghan. i do also have my own opinion about the bulk yarn that you using . i really dont like the size of the gaps that is within btw the stitches so therefore i prefer to keep using my size G hook and my red heart yarn . but the pattern you made is absolute gorgeous but i will try this pattern with my own idea of yarn soon .

Why add the extra stitch when going up to the next round? Its causing 1 side of my work to come out longer than the others 😟
