I am a novice leather crafter, this "long wallet" is very beautiful, is the free Pattern still available? when I follow the link I can't find it, thanks in advance for the inspiration I keep getting. Regards, Eddy
Thanks for that reply Dylan! I don’t see it for sale on their website, do u know if they make it available to the public for sale or is it a one off they made for themselves?
Hi ! I've a little French channel where I made some tutorials on leather crafting, so I would like if I can use your pattern to make one in French for my followers, mentioning of course that is your work and that I'm allowed to show it ? I'm a big fan of your work, following you here and on Instagram too since a while (I've yet buy your big wallet pattern ;) but not yet made it :D ) Thank you for your answer and for all you made for the leather crafting community world wide :)
Always enjoy watching your videos. I wish I had more hours in the day to make things like this. So glad it's free. Will make this after I make a bag from DieselPunkRo.
That hammer. It caught my attention the very first time I saw it and here I am still curious about it. Of all the things I could ask I can’t help asking where you fit it.
Hey. Thanks for your excellent videos. I've been trying to figure out the easiest way to make a wallet with a coin pouch. I'm thinking of using thin leather to make a kind of "expanding pocket" fastened by a popper. Any tips?
@@OgeiDennepeL I don't know the right terminology. If you made a pocket like a card pocket it'd be hard to get coins out, so the pocket needs to "open up".
hiii would be so kind and state the overall length and width of the wallet including the break in the leather for the bends/flap pls/ty i dont have a printer
I bought some belts back in early November but have not heard any more communication regarding them. I wasn't sure the best way to reach out because the email I sent got no response. The expected wait time was 1-4 weeks, but it has already been 6. Thanks so much! Am an avid follower of the RUclips channel and I love your products' aesthetic!
I know what you mean. I “won” the minimal wallet many months back for having my suggestion being selected to do a video on a bracelet. Attempted contact several times to provide address to receive my prize. I got nothing
They’re not responding at all to anything but continue to post!Ive tried to get in touch with them over a pattern I bought but haven’t received a single thing back…definitely a bummer cause I like the brand but whatever it is what it is.
So I am super new to leather work, but why wouldn't you use the tape everywhere? What is the advantage of the glue? I tried the glue found it difficult and switched to tape and never looked back.
you can use the tape everywhere if you'd like! When you're doing things like gusseted seams on bags and stuff the glue holds much stronger so you don't need to use clips or anything - the tape isn't strong enough for stuff like that.
That particular hammer is the "Corter Pounder." You'll also want to look for a Cobblers hammer. They're not that expensive and I got my vintage one on Etsy for pretty cheap.
I'm not sure if he does, but it's called a saddle stich. You can find lots of videos on it if you look it up on RUclips. Its a bit tricky at first but gets really easy really fast.
Didn't know if I'd like this wallet but I love it and just started a second one. BTW, your leather craft skills garner lots of praise but your skills with a camera and your video editing skills are sadly neglected. Having done plenty of both I can say they are top notch, first rate, and you have obviously worked hard at all three skills. Thanks for the pattern!
I made this for my mom and she cried with joy.. 😘 thank you for pattern...
4-5oz! I recently bought a side of some chestnut 4-5oz strap that would look great as a long wallet like this. Thank you so much for the ideas!
THANK YOU
For the pattern!
I love this wallet.
you have golden hands, and you are a good men.
A simple and practical wallet. Perfect for a beginner like myself. Thank you and Weaver for the free pattern. Happy Holidays!
Anyone know where I can still get this pattern? I realise it's 2 years old but still!
Very classic style...Thank you and Weaver for the pattern!!!
I don't think I'm ever going to make one but still I subscribed so i can watch this after I'm married.

Is the free pattern still available? i clicked the link and it only pulled up tools to purchase.
thank you for the pattern merry christmas to you
Do you still have this pattern? It's no longer available on buckle guy site and id like a copy.
Hi. Can any of the stitching be done on an embroidery machine rather than by hand?
When I click on the link I am taken to the buckleguy website and there is no link for the 'free pattern'
Where did you get these tools?
Could you please advice what glue you are using? I swear I saw it in some of your videos, but can’t find it(( please advice
Gracias maestro!!!
Any updates on when the hammer that comes out on 6:36 will be available for purchase?
They're in production :) Should be ready to go early next year!
Nice! I’m excited to order one! Thanks for the update.
Please make a website I want to buy a wallet that you made
No está el patrón gratis, una pena la quería hacer

What is the name of the type of stitch you used to make this wallet & do you have a video demonstrating it

@@vincebaker3384 no problemo :)
What happend to audio?
Hello sir, If I was to make this where would the best spot for a lanyard or chain point be?
I'd probably put it in the lower corner, or do a small tab on one of the seams with a split ring :)
@@Corter Ah, thank you, fantastic build and great video! Thanks!!!

Make your mind up!
I hate those stitching chisels. They arrived rough and catch the leather
What do you mean free pattern?
What if you accidentally snap you finger in the snapper machine 😂😭
I saw someone do that at work many years ago. It was an automatic dot (snap) setter and she got her finger in the way.
@@rdatkins oh snap!

The Pattern no longer works
I love your videos dude! Your an inspiration, just posted a new video myself. Please go check it out
