These two have the most interesting dynamic in all of tekken history imo :) I just recently saw the tekken bloodline series on netflix, and it`s the same there! So funny, but also serious and friendly.
and that alone was one of my biggest hopes for T8 and they delivered. They have such a great, friendly rivalry in Bloodline and it made me wonder if T8 was going to bring back their dynamic after so long. It's such a nice sight seeing them being supportive bros.

Jin wasnt 100% either in this fight from what i remember. I think lee said all his paramters where down. I think without powers but 100% jin is still insenely strong considering he fought kazuya eithout powers at the end. Jin also beat both heihachi and kazuya in tt4. I would love to see a no powers jin vs hwoarong. Just like in tt3

It was never actually confirmed if they actually fought in Tekken 3, the only thing was that they draw before Tekken 3, Hwoarang defeated him in Tekken 5 only then Jin transformed into devil Jin and attacked Hwoarang, then Hwoarang defeated devil Jin in Tekken 7 which is confirmed canon and now this fight, basically base Jin has never been confirmed to beat Hwoarang, while Hwoarang has only been defeated with Jin using devil powers.
