Technically King is already inspired by a real life Luchador. His design is inspired by the manga Tiger Mask, but his story is a nod to Sergio Gutiérrez Benítez, a Mexican priest who became a wrestler to support his orphanage.
Tekken 7 already collabed with njpw... The game had bullet club tshirts and costumes of okada and tanahashi for king and lars which changed their rage arts... And even okada dressed up as king in a live event
