Only 3 pavers, you didn’t count the one off to the side.
👍👍
I was going to mention that too, but he beat me to it.
50 BMG only broke 3 blocks.
👍👍
More like exploded 3 blocks, but that is the reason why it only went through 3, because all the energy gets dissipated In the process of blowing them apart. Same thing happens when you shoot water, all the energy gets almost instantly dissipated by the surrounding water, making a big splash.
I agree only 3
It’s just a jacketed lead bullet tho that lead gets completely obliterated passing thru those
50 bmg has broken 3 blocks only !! it's mean the differnt just 1 block .
anyway what your opinion about the hunt what the best 50 bmg or 338 lapua?
50 BMG- 3
.338 lapua- 2
The 50 only went through 3 . In slow mo you can see the one laying to the side after the shot .
Actually, you can see it fall to the side in the slow mo. The 50 only got 3.
I think these results are more attested to the strength of the pavers
Yup
And the type of ammo do you using not just caliber but also armor-piercing or ledcor or copper brass even the length of the barrel somewhat comes into playas well as hell thick and how many objects it has to go through and how hard those objects are but yeah
These in particular are pressed concrete and are designed to withstand a compactor which is like a vibrating steel pad that puts out 6,000lbs or so of force to more permanently seat the pavers
The 50 looked like the bullet came out the side and kept going in the slowmo
yeah looks like it came out the left side. might have broken a few more, looked like it was still carrying a good bit of energy.
Yea definitely on my end looks go off target after 3
And I think the 338 Lapua went down and out
Paul guessed 6, he guessed 5, counted 4, actually hit 3.
I saw that two !, you were not the only one !
i was thinking he was going to fall off the block when the 50 let loose.
Me too
I waiting for fall off
In the name of science! Lol
Same here
Crazy how big the 50 is as the 338 lapua is a big cartridge in it's own right, yet dwarfed by the 50.
Just awesome
Nice job man. I always enjoy watching your videos.
Give Edwin Sarkissian a call and see if he'll come visit ya with his Serbu 20mm. I bet THAT would break a lot more o them pavers!
👍👍
It might be interesting to see how many a monolithic 12 gauge slug will penetrate.
I’m pretty sure it isn’t his and Mark Serbu let him borrow it.
@kentucky windage222 you know dude a .50 BMG is 1.5oz going 2900fps and a shotgun slug is a 1oz slug going 1000fps.
Nah, Edwin would force whoteewho to put "PUBG" somewhere in the title and use tannerite to fake frag grenades.
Great video... I’m sure you have read and seen the slow motion on that paver laying on the side... it did fall over leaving only 3 that the 50 went through
Hey great video, I would like to give some advice. The results will bebetter if you had a distance of 25 yards or more. The energy from the rounds would have a bigger impact at that distance and beyond. Keep up the good work 👍
That was a great vid! That 50 really makes a dust cloud!
As usual, thanks for the distraction from all that's going on in the world. The results were surprising.
Have you considered putting the blocks right up against each other instead of spacing them out??
Maybe the blocks being spaced apart causes a faster loss of power???? IDK, it's just a thought.
WTW !!!!
🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
No doubt
As always love your videos!
Free standing pavers will fall over, skewing the results. As the first pavers break/crumble they fall over, deflecting energy and influencing the direction of travel. This also applies to unstrapped ballistic gel with the more powerful cartridges. Thanks for all the videos.
Great video as usual, very informative. Thank you.
🙏🙏🙏
Subbed. Love these type of videos
Thanks for watching kasoy1!
Those pavers are darn tough. I would have guessed that the 50 would have broken at least 5.
Pretty tough!
I think they absorb a lot of the energy and disperse it by shattering. Kinda like the ceramic elements of modern composite armor
That was awesome ... Good job Paul and Who Tee ...
Thanks for watching Rich!
I think you need to Re-Shoot the 50 BMG, it looked to me like the round went through the first few pavers and veered left. I’d love to see that one again really soon 🦉.
Definitely would like to see some 50 bmg AP and API rounds against those pavers
I noticed you never cleaned the savage after the last shoot, you also said in the last video that you never clean your guns lol, no judging here, but I would gladly take that scope off your hands to put on my savage, I will clean it before I do :). Keep up the fun videos!
i use the pmc brand because American eagle casings are rusted and get stuck in the chamber and hard to get out
You got a solid breaking target it will take a he wind out of anything. That's how anti sniper body plates work now.
As everyone else is stating it went through 3 but I'd be interested to see this again in the slow mo. It looks like it went through 3, then blew out the side facing the camera. That's why the 4th paver tilted outwards it, it was pushed.
watching you shoot a 50, while standing on a cinder block required me getting a cold beer cause that looked like it could go wrong in a funny way and I didn't wanna miss that lol
Yeah, "Hold my beer and watch this" I'm actually surprised it didn't knock him off the block!
not a cinder block, a cinder block is made from flyash/coal cinders and is very lightweight
@@carmineredd1198 you know what I mean, it's the same thing as saying "Crescent Wrench" even though that's a brand name. In Canada, "Cement Blocks" are also called "Cinder Blocks" The more you know ;)
@@elmartillo7931 or Stilson wrench instead of monkey wrench, eh ? I knocked out non-load bearing cinder block walls in an old 1950s motel . cinder and concrete are not the same Buddy stop by inwood/toronto
@@carmineredd1198 just for fun go on Google and type "how to build a cinder block wall" and they will show pictures of concrete blocks exactly what I'm talking about your argument is invalid LOL And why you're arguing is beyond me. You wanna argue? Get married, then someone's gotta put up with it, I don't ;)
Only 3 for the 50 . Have you done 12 gauge slug's ? Try a regular 1 once rifled against a sabo slug to see if there's any difference . That would be interesting .
I remember my old Korean War vet neighbor pulling fmj rounds from a machine gun belt. 30-06 every so many rounds was a tracer which was fun.
Shot through a cinder block and then an 18" Birch tree. Can't imagine what some of the specialty 50 cal rounds do.
What exactly are you supposed to be shooting with those 2 behemoths besides concrete blocks?
It might be easier to spray paint the top of the pavers your'e using so when they fall you know which ones were yours. Good vid, I thought both rounds would go through more.
Beautiful. You made that look good, balancing on that block, it showed you tricks just to save itself from being shot 😂😂😂 what the.....a forward domino?? 😂😂
Another really fun video of cement dominoes!! 😂🔫 Happy 4th, Who-tee🇺🇸
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I was guessing 2 on the 338, and 3 on the 50bmg. That 50 sure put on a show. Glad ya didn't get hurt, I cringed a bit watching you stand on that wobbly cinder block...... cool video
Of course everyone will say I am FOS, but I called it right, two and three. But what is amazing to me, is how you stood on top of a cinder block to shoot these two and didn't fall off. Neat video :-)
That was a suprise. Some good quality concrete in them blocks. Plenty of em left, I wonder how some huntin round would do?
This is a great video im a hardscaper i build driveways and patios out of these and they are pretty well responsible for my back being fucked up...it was fun to watch them get blasted thank you.
😆😆😆 thanks for watching!
I would like a comparison between 243 and 22-250 on thick AR500! Great video as always!
👍👍
Great video man.
🙏🙏🙏
Need to build yourself a perch to stand on or to be prone ?
What would happen if you line up the bricks without any space in between. Curious.
Another great vid brother.
Thanks for watching David!
I would love to see a chronograph test with a 243 WSSM.
I think it is all about mass x acceleration equals force. Projectile weight x speed = number bricks
👍👍💥💥💥
yes and an aluminum jet going 500MPH will go through steel box columns and not leave a hole, and the plastic nose will penetrate the other side in perfect condition just like on 9/11
That is surprising Love the videos guys. Thank you
Thanks for watching Joseph!
Want both! 🤣
Thanks for another great video!!
Thanks for watching!
Id love to see what 7.62x54r steel core does. and how many .22lr does it take to chip through 1 paver.
Paul did that already on Heavy Metal channel
I believe there was only 3 pavers that broke with the .50 BMG which really surprised me, but those weren’t penetrator rounds.
Have you ever shot the blocks with 12 guage sst sabot rounds?
Nope
I like the part where the big gun went KA Blooom!!!
Me too!!!
3 cant believe it but we watched it..crazy. good vid!
You have created the new wtw three gun competition.🤘
Can you do a 338 lapua vs 338 RUM
Tough blocks. It looked like 50 may have deviated off to the side. It very well may have done more damage if it did veer off.
Was point of lmpact too low ?
Is the 50 the steel core ammo brother
a couple of my favorite guns to shoot, barrett99 and savage fcp. yes sir.
I guessed right with 2 for 338 and 3 for the 50. Those pavers are super tough.
I'm wondering how you stood on that block and shot that 50...?
these tests on pavers isn't a test of bullet power but rather of projectile density and sectional density. as well as material
Great video. 50 definitely only got 3 and exited to the left it looks like when u slow it down
Me gustaría saber como quedaria el resultado con los mismos objetivo a 200 metros
The problem is the high velocity with the soft lead at close range is causing is bullet to disintegrate. If you conducted this at 150 yds you'd see much different results.
50bmg is steel core
I misseb all the way around. Dang. Thank you for the vid. Who tee who.
Thanks for watching Joe!
it looked like the 50 veered to the left and missed the 4th block
Beast against beast. This is about to be a holata fun
💪💪
I would love to see 20 mm Lahti L-39 on comparison to 50 bmg.
On Winter war it was anti tank rifle, but when soviets got heavier tanks in Continuation war, it was basically useless weapon against tanks, so they just started to use them as a sniper rifle :D
Awesome that he stands on that unstable cinder block while shooting the 50.
🤣🤣🤣
Those are tough!
Clicked to watch the video, left when I saw the high point shirt 😂
Bye bye
New shirt......oil + barrel...= Now this is about to be a really FUN VIDEO.....!!...LMAO
That was a interesting video and a little disappointing with the 50 BMG but maybe used the wrong kind of round you should have tried the masonary mortar scenery penetrating round
U
Respect, the hi-point T-shirt , I love my Hi-point 9mm carbine .
👍👍
Hi-Point Carbines are awesome, and the pistols work well too.
That new 10mm carbine from highpoint looking nice
Yeah, about those Hi-points...They are awesome little carbines untill 2500 rds...I teach firearms and purchased several of these for new students without their own...Call Hi-point right now and tell them your extractor/Firing pin bent...not broken, but bent...because it will, and is good to have one on stand by..They will send it ASAP without question..(I have replaced them a few times...the darn things wont break...they just bend up pretty good, and they may not believe you if you tell them its broken..btw, they always send free goodies with it...always a new magazine.
R Jenkins , so what you’re saying is the firearms perform well and then if and when they do fail the company follows up quickly with replacements and extra goodies. Sounds good to me
Always a fun video. 😁
Thanks for watching Paul!
WHO_TEE_WHO Thank you!
I love that 338, do you have a ba stealth in any other calibers whoteewho?
Nope just the 338 lapua....for now
Haha the answer is always for now, thanks for doing the videos though you made me build my own 450 bushmaster ar after watching your videos, thanks again for all the effort 👍🏻
Great ad for whoever made the pavers.
Man alive I thought that 338 was a little bigger that 50 caliber just dwarfs it
😁😁😁
For super dramatic affect next time...Dry Ice in between first couple pavers...Carry on my friend
It would be great if you could get AP rounds. But how a black powder or a 12 gauge slug
Good idea
Even better do one on the 50 vs Barret 416
The .50 only went through 3. The 4th one fell off to the side after fragment force hit it.
Any kevlar in those pavers?
Nope!
Is this range on the side of a road??
The shattering of the concrete dissipates the energy
You need to check your footage because I saw the 50 only go through 3. The one that fell off to the right was behind the third block.
I guessed 2 and 5 sure would of thought that fifty with all that lead would of gone thru a few more maybe a RAUFOSS with the tungsten penetrator could go thru a few more who knows.
Would like to see this with 308 vs 338 Lapua
I guessed 2 on the 338 and 3 on the 50 bmg. After seeing your other video of the 30-06 only going through one I thought the 50 wasn't going through five.
Who Tee when will you start shooting .40 caliber rifles. .460 Weatherby and the .416 remington magnum.
Thanks
Probably when I hit the lottery 🤷♂️😆
@@WHOTEEWHO ok i understand, but they are the real deal on power.
At least now I know how much concrete to hide behind if I ever was getting shot at with a 50 cal BMG. Hardly safe anywhere.
I missed the live stream tonight. I’m glad I found your channel. You should try do collaborations with other RUclipsrs. If people find out about y, I’m sure they will subscribe and stick with you.
Hey duggy! I have tried. I do hang out with a few others from time to time
@@WHOTEEWHO Maybe someday you can go to Demo Ranch and sign that youtuber board he has on the wall.
Pavers are tough!! Couldn't believe only 3 for the 50
Surprising
i wonder how much that box of 50bmg cost...
Need to set a paver on top to hold them in place
👍👍
You should do the 460 magnum against the 50. After seeing that i don't beleive that a us sniper shot a guy threw a block wall at a mile away.
The 50 blew out the side brother
Great video
Thanks Michael!
Looks like the 50 may have went out the side on the slow mo
