Apart from the caramelized sugar, it's quite similar to what we from the Caribbean make, but it is called ginger beer. We make it mostly at Christmas time. We also don't add carbonated water though , just plain water. But I am anxious to try your method, looks very interesting. Thanks for sharing
This drink is packed with antioxidants, I can imagine the beautiful aroma. This is a must to enjoy in this weather. The caramelised sugar is incredible, the tast is irresistible. Hmm Sister Madam never fail.
@@NanaabasKitchen I'm going to make it all the time now! Also - I just had my wedding and for drinks we served seltzer with many different flavorings, and this ginger ale syrup was one of them :) Everyone LOVED it!!!
I’ll remember this recipe every time I see ginger ale in the shops. It's the beautiful colour for me and I can only imagine It's wonderful refreshing taste.
Oh my, this is the recipe I needed at the exact time I needed it. 🙏 And thank you for taking the time and effort for the sugar-free version. Sending blessings to you and your family.
Thank you auntie for teaching us how to make this wonderful drink. This is better than buying from the supermarkets which could be expensive and are mostly containing sugar or artificial flavoring.
We drink industrial amounts of store bought ginger ale at our home. I made this recently and I must say it was an eye opener, there is no way we're going back to store bought. This paired with our carbonated water maker (that used to gather dust in a corner) brilliantly. It's so simple to make too. I also made a variant with added mint leaves for extra refreshment (I live in FL and our summers seem to be permanently set to "broiling" mode). Thank you for the video. Subscribed.
Wow, this is a fantastic recipe and amazing drink! Made it with a little too much ginger, got some bite, but it is so much better than store bought! Let me commence to sharing!!
We use to have a big jar inside the fridge all year, during winter is perfect mixed with honey and a bit of curcuma to skip flu! And during summer a perfect and refreshing drink! Thanks for sharing!!! In my receipe I add pineapple with the main ingredients and some infusioned water from boiling the skin of the pineapple. Feel free to try as well! Regards!
@@NanaabasKitchen for those who want to avoid sugar is perfect, as if you use a sweet pineapple it slightly appears the sweetness and the flavor together with the ginger.
Can't wait to try this, I've been wanting a sugar free one, So I think I'll use Monk fruit or Stevia, Maybe honey if I feel like it has to have some "sugar". Thank You Precious 😊
I also make ginger ale at home. It is definitely delicious and agree totally with you that store bought is an absolute crap. I love the idea of caramelized sugar in this. Thanks for the lovely suggestion. Will definitely try this recipe. 😀👍
Thank you for the recipe and love your smile. I have been growing my own flavorful ginger for 2 years now and finally have a large enough crop to process. Yum.
Nanaaba your random smiles when you look into the camera 😩😃sister madam! I got it right before you said it "Perfection ". looks very very refreshing.......❤❤❤

Sister Madam is at it again! Another glorious drink for us. This was good to watch, home-made ginger ale, what do we not learn in Nanaaba's Kitchen? It looks so refreshing and I love the slightly dark golden color in the end and yes, after all it must taste better than store bought. What a beauty! God bless you, it's a must try this weekend in my Kitchen ❤❤❤

Thanks for this video! You are a beautiful person and your presentation is a big part of why I wanted to watch. I want to try this recipe as well. If the carbonation is accomplished through fermenting is that ginger beer?
@@NanaabasKitchen Oops, I meant I want to use honey or agave instead of sugar. Should I cook the honey like you did the sugar or add it at the end like the stevia?
