I always tell people to use the remote kill switch. You can hide it anywhere under any panel. Also get a hood lock and relocate the obd port. Install a fake and wire it all wires hot to the battery with no fuse. Hopefully it blows whatever they plug in. Cover you neutral pull so they don’t push it off

These manufacturers should of never ever ditched the good old immobilizer chip with a key that sticks into the ignition all because they wanna stick all this auto start stop bull shit on cars when in the long run yeah I guess it saves gas but in the long run it's gonna definitely wear out the engine and starter faster I rather spend more on gas then having to buy a new engine down the line oh yeah let's save fuel by cutting the engine off while sitting in traffic and have it start back up again over and over again and not mention the keyless push starts are so much easier to steal!!!! These engineers got there heads so far up there asses it's pathetic!

Actual switches can save you from having to call a tow truck when the fob decides not to get a signal where you are, i just saw a vid of a hawk having to be towed to a spot where his keys would actually pick up signal and start his car😂
@@DJAizakku Get the neutral lever (TDS) cover and secure it with 8mm security screws. No car is 100% theft proof but it does add one more hoop a thief has to jump through to move your car.

With Effort your car can still get stolen with that electronic kill switch. If they know you have a switch they can pop the dash and still take the car. I’d still get it though because I’d take longer to steal so id be best to pair that with a tracker.
i can get that thing started without that i have a RF sniffer that will tell me the code sequence and all i have to do is jam that freq and i own your car. bluetooth is another HUGE offender of this, and i know bad actors use it all the time to jump into computers control functions. once i have the access command and the RF freq for the starter signal and i own your car.

I have the same on mine. Even if they find it, its secured with lock screws. Anything tha5 slows them down past 60 seconds is game over.
The Trackhawk GPS killswitch is the best! You use your phone to cut on and off. Your keyfob not going to do anything if it's enabled.

It was all connected to his phone meaning his phone didn't have a signal(dead zone) so he couldn't switch it back on
