If you can't hear it, it's because the volume is low.in these tests, you got to turn your headphones all the way up. The sound will hurt like hell, but you'll most likely get a better hearing evaluation.

Volume is different than frequency. So you could play something like a dog whistle at max volume & you still wouldn't hear it bc humans physically cannot perceive the frequency
