You know you have done a lot of Cassey's videos when you know every single abs exercises here
And at the end you're like "she did all variations of earthquake but she didn't do a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, t, u, v, w, x, y, or even z?! 😂 where are the mountain climbers, the one where your arm and leg go opposite directions and you crunch them together, the standing crunches, the starfish side plank, the reptiles, the plank jacks, the burpees, the hollow boat rock, the teaser, the butterfly roll up, the butterfly crunch, the flutters, the froggy hops, the other bs combo moves that "work our core" (hello 'soldiers' I'm looking at you), and the other niche moves that aren't coming to mind right now??!??!!! 😂

Hi guys! This circuit only took me to 19 minutes total. I done all 50 moves for 10 seconds, all double sided moves (single arm plank etc) 10 seconds per side. Back to back ♡
I would like these with like a 10 - 30 sec timer

That usually means your abs are tiring out and you end up straining your neck instead! Once you get stronger it doesn't really happen if you keep track of your form, but don't be afraid to keep your head down or do a few less reps until you get there 💪💕

I did all 50 moves, 20 secs each with 10 secs rest. Next day, I can't even cough without pressing my abs😂 I love the pain!

My problem is when excessive or too repetitive my Fibre flares up so I cut the time in half
And do it half and half during the day now these all seem easy and not to lengthy to do! Nice to see this thanks 🙏

Amazing video, with great (classic) pilates moves, Cassey. I need to make it an ab session. The "climb the tree" one looks fun, I can already tell that this move works! It was a bit hard to focus on you, though, all these yoga mats are BEAUTIFUL. Damn! The color range is perfection! By the way, I can't wait for the Tropicana collection - the colors are gorgeous, they do scream "blissful summer".

The fact that I’ve done more than half of these in dance classes as warmups but they’re all either called sit ups or crunches lol
