DJO is an Improvisational band lead by drummer Damone Jackson. Many times his solos are the central to the flow of the song overall. If you watch longer videos of the performances, you can see how they may start with a drum solo, or base line, and build off one another. The Outcome part of the band name, is because nobody, not even the musicians know what the outcome will be when they start playing.
