This worked for me in like 2 seconds LOL, ahh.. Thought I was having Golfer's elbow. Was being annoying for 2 days at least. Took it easy at the gym. Felt even worse after gym. Then one glide all better.
How long do i have to do this daily to have it fixed again?
How do you know if you have radial bs cubital I think I have both! Both areas are painful
