Worked a 100%. After having spent close to 1000 euros at physiotherapists, I finally struck gold on youtube. All the exercises directly impacted where I was having pain and I fell a 100% recovered having done these for sometime now. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH
well that's A DECADE of numbness and shooting pains effecticely cured in about 10 minutes. I am so grateful and will keep up the exercises. THANK YOU!!
Oh my goodness thank you, thank you so much!!! Radial nerve entrapment for last 12 weeks, meds, pain, uncontrolled cramps, physical therapy all expensive here in CA. And then I find this. Almost immediate relief after doing these stretches/glides. THANK YOU for posting this!!
@@kinetichealthonline Kinetic - Is it possible for the radial nerve to be pinched and as a result mimicking a shoulder impingement and de Quervain syndrome on the same side? I have this tendonitis under my thumb which started exactly same time as my shoulder pain. But here’s the thing: I already had successful impingement surgery on the same shoulder 5 years ago! I start thinking - do I have a tendon that runs the whole length from wrist to shoulder?! Nope. Radial nerve. Wow! This leads me to deduce the radial nerve is pinched somewhere? Thoughts?
I can't thank you enough for sharing this knowledge. By watching your videos I was able to single out the radial nerve as the main cause of my shoulder and arm problems. And now I can even attempt to treat it myself to some degree. Thanks!

I had a very painful radial nerve pinch that prevented me from doing inclines or overhead presses. I saw this and started doing the "Waiter's Tip" and was cured in a very short time. It got better each day and I was back to pressing in a couple of weeks. Edmonton weightlifter
My left had suffered from Saturday Night Palsy and effectively was a non functional club. After 4 weeks of intense training (very intense) I regained the full use of my left hand. I am very grateful for the exercises. Thank you.
Thank you soooo much for this invaluable information!!! I haven’t been helped by regular doctors. They did tests and determined I have carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve entrapment and want to do surgery. There wasn’t any advice as too any exercises I can do at home. ( Not surprised!) I have been in pain for two months due to overworking myself getting the house ready for selling - sanding, painting cabinets, yard work... I have had neck surgery back in 2011, a discectomy. I am appreciative of this advice very much! I finally have some relief. I might not get the surgery after all. Thank you once again. Please keep these videos coming! 😅
Thank you so much for this. I suffered Radial Nerve Compression about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Was not told to do any specific exercises, just squeeze a tennis ball a few times a day to keep muscle tone and that it could take up to 12 weeks to repair. Was feeling pretty hopeless but since I started doing the exercises in this video, I feel a noticeable improvement in sensation and motion.
@Frank Sutton- Saw you asking me how I'm doing 4 months later in y Yahoo mail but can't find your question here. Hope you see this. It took 6 weeks for me to regain full range of motion but I'm fine now, no lasting symptoms or injury. I'm just not keen on the idea that since it happened once, I'm now prone to it happening again. These exercises presented here were instrumental in my recovery. Keep at it and don't let it get you down. Best of luck!
Suffering from radial/median nerve compression in the same arm and cubital in the other, been a month already and I'm starting to feel hopeless because I'm recovering but very very slowly. I hope this will help me to recover as fast as you, my forearms are killing me and I can't work.
I always thought I had carpal tunnel, but realized it was radial nerve entrapment - these exercises are already working to release the nerve and get me back on track :) Thanks for putting these together for us! :)
Wendybabendy I'm so very grateful sir, I play basketball and I developed radial nerve entrapment problem, with your comment I'm gonna try this excerise.
Awesome! I have been struggling with this for years not knowing what it was. I have had to cut way back on rock-climbing because of the pain and discomfort. These exercises feel great I am sure I will be back to climbing hard in no time!
Thank you for your videos. Think i have finally found out what my issue is. thought i had tennis elbow yet i had pains from shoulder right down to my hands. I will do these flossing exercises daily and see how that goes for me.
Thank you Dresdin, I am in the same situation as you were. Having looked up the 'Waiter's Tip' I am now a lot more confident and hoping for a recovery similar to yours as I take up these exercises. Graham Arnold.
Thanks to your timely advice I managed to restore the use of my left hand. It took 4 weeks of intense training with your excercise plus others like it, and it worked, thank God. Thank you very much.
Hi, Thanks very much for this - it's helped me to no end! very useful to have a but on anatomical explanation before the actual exercises. This has helped alleviate my pain consirerably in a very short time (
Wow this a great video!! I've been dealing with some radial nerve trouble on my thumb and have not been able to get release till today. These just following the little bit on the video has started to release some of the entrapment. Thank you!
For 6 months I had tingling fingers and pain in b-radialis and between biceps and triceps above elbow. Physio and modifying posture (computer screen etc) helped remove tingling fingers but these exercises were the most important contribution to getting me climbing again. Very good is waiter stretch then move head side to side - the L side of my neck is still really tight. Swimming back crawl good as well - you pronate your hand and stretch your fingers, arm and spine as your hand enters water.
Thank you for this video. I suffered a life changing TBI 23 years ago. I have trouble using my left fingers, and I thought that was the extent of my arm damage. For the past 6 months, I've been going to the gym, and although I am building muscle, my triceps always feel tight and sore. I now strongly believe that my brain injury, caused a problem wt my radial & ulnar nerves. After doing these exercises, my left arm feels a whole lot better. This seems to do the trick!
Would you mind telling me WHY this works? What exactly is/could it be it fixing and how? I personally have issues with my hand on the entire left side of the back side of my right hand, concentrated around the area before the extremities of the thumb and index, all the way down to the wrist. Also I have some pain under the middle finger and the 'border' of the ring and little fingers. This happened after I fell extremely hard onto my elbow onto concrete. I have one other question: when i first fell, i could feel small sharp bone fragment through the skin, but a year later I can't feel it anywhere. Does the body dissolve these fragments? Many thanks!

Ten years ago I had to wear braces on both my wrists for almost a year. After getting iV steroid injections for one hour three times a week, I woke up one day and was perfectly fine. A week ago I woke up and it has returned to my left arm and hand. This time seems to be more painful than last time. This is one of the most annoying and frustrating things…
Hello, and thank you for engaging with our content. I must stress that specific medical advice without a comprehensive physical examination is beyond the scope of this platform. Given your history-previous use of wrist braces, IV steroid injections, and the recent return of symptoms-a thorough medical evaluation is crucial. These recurring and potentially worsening symptoms warrant professional assessment to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your current condition. Consulting a healthcare provider for a comprehensive diagnosis is the most effective step you can take toward a tailored treatment plan.
Thanks for the video! I have an issue with what seems to be my radial nerve but seems to also fall a little into the median nerve category. What kind of specialist should I seek out to best diagnose this? I have been to 2 physiotherapists and neither have really known much about the condition..
Any tips on radial nerve entrapment at the Brachial Plexus? I’m horrible about stretching in the gym and my traps are now pressing on the radial nerve in each arm. I wake up daily with nerve pain. 😫
Hi there, it's not possible for me to provide suggestions for specific cases without performing a physical examination. My advice would be to consult with a professional in musculoskeletal health such as a physiotherapist, chiropractor, or osteopath, who specializes in nerve entrapment syndromes locally. They should be able to provide a suitable solution for your condition or at least provide you with recommendations. Cheers!
Last Friday I have get this "saturday night palsy" because of a sleep of 30 minutes on my desk behind the computer. I'm a little bit affraid it won't go away! I can extend my elbow by the way. Can I do this exercises already or do I have to let the nerve rest first? Please let me know a.s.a.p. I'm really scared
Do you have one for cubital tunnel syndrome, I have it in both my arms and the inside of the elbow hurts on both of them, and my ring finger hurts and has a bump before the last digit. Thank you
We usually have our patients perform some of these exercises 4 or 5 times per day. That being said, I would see a practitioners to see if these exercises are appropriate for you. Cheers!
HI Robert: It really depends on the case, in general terms "If a nerve is bruised or traumatized but is not cut, it should recover about 6-12 weeks." Cheers
Thank you so much for this. It is a great help. I have been having problems with my ulnar nerve for weeks and this is definitely helping. Daniel Karten
Have you check out any Active Release Practitioners in your area? Just make sure they are certified in nerve entrapment syndromes. Could be a Physio or Chiro.
Go back and see your doctor and explain this reaction. Sorry, but I cannot make recommendations on individual cases without first doing a thorough examination.

well that's A DECADE of numbness and shooting pains effecticely cured in about 10 minutes. I am so grateful and will keep up the exercises. THANK YOU!!
How long did u have to do these exercises for?
wow that is incredible!!!!

Glad it helped!
