When I first saw the pictures of the lion i was upset, but after watching Mr. Rosenbury explain his vision, I am in awe and have a totally different view of the collection. This just goes to show we need to learn more before we form opinions because there can be a method to the madness. After all, art is subjective.
I love how the atelier has keep the surrealism since their founder was a surrealist artist. I do appreciate the care to make sure the models can wear the outfits.
So wonderful to walk along with Daniel to see his inspirations and design process. Now after watching this video I feel the need to go practice my drawing!!!

Surrealism is my favorite art movement and the design of the brand has captured that essence since their origin to now. The absurdity and playfulness makes haute couture much more fun.
