Nice video. I want to use a cap and have been but last time I got a bulging temple artery afterwards because it's too tight. It's taken 4 days to get back to normal. I'm scared of ever using one again. I had a silicone Speedo cap and also tried a large on by Head which was still too tight and caused the artery to begin bulging again just after sitting around. What's the most gentle material? I might not risk it and swim without.
