Wait what... I feel so stupid now. As a kid I used to swim a lot, loved it, water was my natural habitat. Then I stopped and now after 15 years I'm dying to finally start swimming again. It has never crossed my mind that I can put on my googles first to keep them secure under my cap... and googles slipping off was the thing that made me dread diving xD Well apparently I was born yesterday, that's ok xD Thanks for the video, very helpful ^^

I always train with cap first and then gogles but i compete with cap first, then gogles and then another cap
I see many swimmers double capping with goggles sandwiched in middle
Mostly females.
Lots of males will go goggles inner cap, dome/race cap

I do goggles over. But I do dive in sometimes and then have to readjust.
