Meat Loaf will always be the Best of all time. Disappointed in this video because you spent way more time showing photos his 2 cars and motorcycle than you needed to. That time could have been spent showing photos of him.
Hell yeah. I didn't know this guy existed until later that week after he died. I've actually heard Two out of three ain't bad before but I wasn't into 70s music. So I didn't care to know who the musician was. But ever since then, ok I hope this isn't creepy as I am not trying to be I SWEAR but I'm OBSESSED with him. His music is awesome, the things I like about him in terms of a musician is ( I'll start with #3 ) I like the long songs better than the short ones because I feel like I'm watching a movie. Not that I don't like the short ones because I do but with the long songs I feel like I'm watching a movie. Plus nobody writes long songs. When I was watching the I'd do anything for love but I won't do that music video; the cops finally got into the castle and Meat and the beautiful woman ( Dana Patrick ) were still in the castle and I was like get out get out get out 😂. #2 is that he says singing is another way of acting. I've never thought about it but it really is. It really is. So when he is writing a song, not only does he create a story line but he also creates a character and while in the process of doing both, he builds up the character so much he basically has an out of body experience because he said when I go onstage, you're not talking to Meat Loaf anymore, no you're talking to whatever character I have created. The #1 thing I like about Meat Loaf as a musician is that he tried to write songs to see what our story is. That is utterly amazing. Nobody writes like this. He said in two different interviews that I saw was he said once I give you the album, it's no longer my album. It's your album. He then said in fact, cross out my name and write your name on it. All musicians write songs that are self-explainatory and because of that, it's a little hard for me to create my story from his songs. Or any for that matter. I mean nobody does any of these things but this oh my god is AWESOME. Again this is my absolute favorite part about him as a musician. My favorite part him as a person is I really like his laugh. It's so cute. Does all of this sound obsessive? Because like I said I'm really not trying to be. I'm really not. But I can't believe I didn't know about him before he died. hHey Dee Walker. While I'm writing to you, can you respond with your opinion? Meat said in an interview that he said that I'm not entitled to anything and I'm not a necessity. So why does he have this expensive house and these expensive cars? I mean if you say that I'm not entitled to anything or a necessity then why do you have expensive cars and a expensive house? Am I being naive? I think I'm being naive if I'm using the correct term. Can you respond when you can please? I want to know what you think. Because if you have expensive things then isn't that entitled? Am I naive
Sorry but strange how bat outta hell came out in 1977 written by Jim steinman and sang by meatloaf but this video states they started working together in 1978 a year after their album cam out
It’s crazy that some amazing musicians and performers become wealthy and most don’t. I would say in this man’s case he was persistent and believed in himself. I’m certain others that failed did as well. Luck does matter. In the end, do what you love I guess. If you can make a living and be happy doing it. But a few friends and acquaintances I have known in the business say it’s a brutal grueling life, with extreme ups and downs. Lots or egos, drugs, alcohol abuse and odd people in the industry. But from time to time, you find good folks that survive too. Ultimately, in the end it doesn’t matter how much fame, wealth and material things we acquire. Maybe it matters temporarily to your loved ones or heirs. Enjoy life. It is a brief ride.
You know as a child of God , a born again Christian I struggle to understand, as I see nothing in his life that was contributed to the kingdom of God. Life Is So Vain, just as the Bible says, only that which was done for Christ, is all that will last. Your possessions, and your wealth , will perish with you.
If you grew up in the late 70’s and 80’s a meatloaf song would be in the soundtrack of your life. RIP Mr Aday
90s also bat II was EVERYWHERE
Rest well Meatloaf, you are loved and missed. ❤😥
Meatloaf! His success is a testament to his amazing talent.
Very underrated actor as well.
Love his voice, he never dies
"Stoney and Meatloaf -- Meat Loaf misspelled as one word" -- yet you misspelled it as one word in the title and description of your video!
His daughter looks just like her dad!

This video is filled with inaccuracies.
May he rest in peace; much love and condoleances to his beloved ones.
Eterno 💖 em minha vida, alma e coração....esteja bem, querido Meat Loaf 😭🇧🇷💔💔💔
I can't believe Michael passed away. I meet him way back in 1978

R.I.P. Kind Man.
Meatloaf was Forest Gump before their was a Forest Gump.
Amazing
The only time I didn't like Meat was on The Apprentice. He let people get under his skin and didn't handle it very well.
The writing isn’t great. Not sure how he started working with Steinman in 1978 if Bat out of Hell was released in 1977 🙄
I forgive you Meatloaf for supporting Mitt Romney
mitt larps as a evangelical good ol boy, dont blame meat blame mitt for being a fraud
Over 100 million records sold worldwide
so if meat loaf is mispelled as meatloaf then this person has made the same mistake.
This is the most inaccurate biography that I have ever seen. Two of the pictures weren’t even Meat!!!
Interesting
R.I.P. 😔
