Oil the cheese grater on both sides before using it. When you do this, the cheese doesn’t stick to the grater. You just tap it and it’s all clean!
I figured out this hack because every time you have grated cheese it is sooo tough to get it all out. So when you grate anything else, like ginger or something in chai, the cheese sticks goes in that also.
