Hello Sir , first of all nice explanation of this topic . I have one question here . Why did you work on (Tphl) ? I mean as far as I know , we need to focus on Pmos because of low-mobility of holes . If we increase that , Less propagation delay we'll get . As Tp = (Tphl + Tplh) / 2 . Please correct me if I am wrong . And yes , I want to let you know that I am eagerly waiting for next episode (10) .
