    The white wire goes to the oil pressure switch, not all carts have them, but you could connect a light to is so when you lose oil pressure the light comes on. I like how you show the bolts as you pull them out, I take photos.

    People bash WD-40 but it works. It wouldn’t be so huge if it didn’t. Plus I’ve seen it work myself so many times.

    Thank you for doing this! I’ve pulled my motor and wasn’t sure how to remove the clutch so that is a big help. Also there are so many little parts on this motor that the way you have documented your rebuild is gonna be a huge help putting it back together. My cart went out in a cloud of smoke! I feel like I broke a ring. Thanks again.

    The hot tip on removing the driving clutch is to fill the center hole with grease and then run in a bolt. The pressure pops it off.

    The front aluminum engine mount has a throttle control bracket (black steel), that bracket makes it difficult to remove the engine from the cart, I put those bolts in the opposite direction when reassembling, head of the bolt now faces the front of the cart and the nuts are between the bracket and engine, with the bolts in that direction you can remove the entire throttle and governor linkage by removing 4 bolts.

    Good job on the video. On the filters, they sell em on e-bay, along with air filters & a bunch of other parts. I am doing my valve guide seals this week, so yer video was timely.

      Hi, thanks for watching and the comments. I would think you could probably find it one on ebay? Let me know how your rebuild works out and don’t make the same mistake I did regarding the timing marks on the belt pulley. Do you have a torque spec for the bolt that attaches the drive clutch to the crank shaft? Thanks

    • @NINEPOINTFIVEPROJECTS
      @NINEPOINTFIVEPROJECTS  9 месяцев назад

      Hi and thanks for watching and the comments.. I'll have to look and I'm not to where I can do that at the moment. I'll get it for you as soon as possible.

    • @NINEPOINTFIVEPROJECTS
      @NINEPOINTFIVEPROJECTS  9 месяцев назад

      Hi Pauldowns9880, Sorry for the late response and you probably already have your question answered. I do not have torque specs for the drive clutch bolt. I looked on line and didn't find the answer either. To be honest, I think I just tightened it about as tight as I could get it with a foot long ratchet. It's a large fine thread bolt and I wasn't too concerned with striping it out the way I did it. Let me know how your rebuild goes (or has gone).
