Great video. Quick question on setting timing. Can it be done in the cart or does the motor have to come out? I've got an ezgo that seems to burp oil out of the crankcase vent into the air box after a few minutes of running and I think maybe the timing might be off that one tooth you noted.
What is the difference between a 295 CC? C and a 350 c c Or can you bore it out to a 350 cc
The Piston size. You can bore it out to a 350. They have a smaller skirt on the piston but the same rod and cam works with both.

In almost every one of these engines that have a blow back of oil in the air box have worn out valves in them causing the problem.

We have a local machine shop that does them for us.
Where'd you get your new head?
It's a used head. We get them machined locally and then sandblast them when needed.
