Great job. Looks brand new. Just wondering how your beautiful grass/lawn is doing after the cleaning spray and junk went on it. I do all chemical stuff on the driveway then rinse on the grass.

Why did you do this to a seasoned grill? Do you also do this to the underside of your car? I understand cleaning the grates but everything else, no. Views I guess?

To each their own. I would rather put all that time and effort into the cook itself.

Not at all. A deep clean on a weber once a year after the majority of grilling season is over will keep the original grill and internal parts lasting and functioning a lot longer. There is a reason some people have twenty and thirty year old weber kettles still functioning.
Just because you don't see the point doesn't mean that there is not one. While most don't or won't need to go as far as he did, some do, especially an owner of a 26" or ranch kettle.

Imagine buying a car and not washing or servicing it , how long would it last? Doing deep clean every now and then will make your weber last for years. They are just to expensive to go out and buy one every few years.

@@veneshpillay3635 Yeah. People work hard for their money, and most people buying kettle grills get them because they love them. Thumbs up for your comment.

@@patrickhenry236 I used to own a Weber but over 15 years but living on the coast it was done. When I started looking at prices I definitely could not afford buying a Weber I actually bought a Cadac kettle recently and was surprised on the quality of the build but it's not a Weber. The cost was a 3rd of the price of a Weber and there are replacement parts available.

It's worth your time and money when the weber lasts 💪
