This channel is dedicated to carrying on the legacy our beloved yogi angel Lesley Fightmaster. Her vision was to bring positive energy to all beings everywhere.
Don't worry if you're not flexible or can't do the poses perfectly. The motto of Fightmaster Yoga is "It's not about the pose". You don't have to be perfect.
All you have to do is show up. When you make the decision to take care of yourself, all sorts of amazing things begin to happen. You have more energy. You become more patient. Your outlook on life becomes more positive. And all of these changes you will experience in this yoga journey will begin to affect those around you in ways you never dreamed possible.
This practice can bring a loving, positive energy that will spread throughout your world. And as you deepen your yoga practice you will have the opportunity to meet many like minded souls like yourself who are also laying down their mat and doing the work.

I love Courtney’s classes so much after just trying two that I joined my yoga pal so I could do her 90 day Awaken series. I love her pace, her energy, her kind and gentle instruction, the perfect mix of poses, and how great I feel after! I have tried a few other subscriptions and many instructors (remember the days of buying DVDs?!) over the last two decades and I have to say, Courtney is now my top go to instructor knowing I’ll leave feeling strong and refreshed. Admittedly I’m over 50 and never was never the greatest at yoga but either way it’s saving me (and my aging joints) every day! Thank you Fightmaster Yoga for helping me on my health and life journey. You all are amazing!

As much as I love Lesley, I also really enjoy Courtney's classes and teaching style. It's kind of funny; they are different people with different styles, but I occasionally feel an echo of Lesley that i find beautiful. I expect it comes out of the love Duke and Courtney have for Lesley. Thank you for such great classes! I enjoy the shorter length because they are easier for me to fit in. If I have the time for a longer practice, i either add more of my own, choose an older longer class, or do 2 shorter practices. Keep what you're doing, Courtney! You're doing a fabulous job and are honoring Lesley's legacy!! Thank you!! ❤

Thanks for another free vidoe with quality video and great instruction! I was so bummed to see the email from Duke about criticism received over the new instructor on the channel (who trying in honest to continue Lesley's work and legacy). Come on community! Of course it is going to be a little different.. life is about change... things change. I am just so gosh darn grateful this channel has remained active after Lesley unexpected passing and that her family and friends are still providing FREE quality yoga videos for us all to enjoy and further our practice. nice class for what it is, bit of a slow yoga class that makes you work by holding the poses a bit. did get energy from this, will leave difficulty rating after a few more tries.
