    This workout was so good I did it twice! Breathe through the workouts, take deep breaths and learn proper breathing techniques that are consistent and this workout will be so much fun! 🎉Best wishes to Amanda on her breast cancer recovery

    This was a great workout! I'm a trainer, group ex instructor, and absolutely LOVED this workout! It's a perfect mix of heart pumping, but doable movements, and the modifications still allowed me to keep my heart rate up (with my injury). Best of luck to you on your recovery, Amanda! I loved that this workout didn't have any new-agy expressions and had real women being women! More of this, please, Popsugar! 🙏🏼

    Great job all! It was a pleasant surprise to see fellow female body types. I love my curves and booty! @hiamandabutler Girl, you crushed it. I'm glad you said I need a minute or dang that was hard (not verbatim). We all need a reminder that we have great inner and outer strength and to pace ourselves. You showed up. You did your best.       That they're working out, have a strong, fit body and are not keyboard warriors like somebody here? Just stfu and do the workout and if you can't because you're weak, then do a beginner's workout 😂😂
