I also love that she makes 15 minute videos, 30 minute videos, etc., so I can do what I have time for. She is very clear and explains things well. Her videos are so helpful, esp. during coronavirus.

I honestly think your deep stretches are like magic. I’m 3 months postpartum and my hips are so tight from carrying my baby and having my 4 year old climb me. After doing this my hips and legs definitely feel looser and more mobile. Thank you Sarah 🙏🏻

This is the best yoga video I have ever done! All the other yoga videos I go to make me super tensed because of the super hard to do poses, but this video really helped me let go, and even taught me how to clean my room!!
I wasn’t too sure about the booty drop and how I was doing the moves. But 5 minutes after finishing I felt great and could really feel the legs feeling loose and nice. I went from uncertain to happy. Love these.

Knew a few yoga poses but never went through and followed a video. After stretch a few days after coming back from a few weeks off the gym this felt amazing.
Exactly what I needed after work today. Thank you ❤ It was amazing how much my breath loosened my hips. I did the modified side lunge through most, and then the last one I naturally flowed into the deeper stretch without even noticing. It was such a beautifully powerful feeling.

9 mins in and I had to stop @sarabethyoga.......being with disabilities the bootie drop was extremely difficult and my wrists started hurting even with my splints on and my right low back. Thank you for this practice and I know you have other hip openers that I can do a little easier. Love and Hugs.......jillie

The thing where you drop your butt to the mat is the absolute best. I had knee surgery three years ago and I'm also a professional dog walker so my hips and knees need everything, that gave me an incredible release that helped alleviate some pain I've been dealing with all week!

I liked the side stretch, felt great after sitting at my desk all day. But my favourite thing is doing Yoga in front of the Christmas Tree! Awesome.
