Wow...didn't expect the part about awareness to call me out so much. I've been distracting myself or dissociating so I don't think about things in my life, but now I'm working on bringing awareness as the first step to "let go of what does not serve you, and become new".
Yay a yoga routine I can actually do, thanks so much! I've got various chronic illnesses and I just cannot do ones where you stand up and go back down to your knees etc. I often just fall straight over or nearly faint so this is great. I can only do about 20 mins gentle exercise a day (or less sometimes) and I really don't want to become a mummy so this is the perfect thing to keep me moving (slowly like a snail but it's better than nothing!) 😘

Being a Sunday here in Nairobi, I decided to not follow my morning yoga routine and just chill out. From morning my mind kept telling me 'do yoga' repeatedly. When it started screaming 'DO YOGA' I finally submitted and looked for a video 🤣🤣🤣 Sarah Beth being the best guide that I have ever had, I had to look for one of her videos. This one was deeply spiritual for me. I did the 7 day challenge about two weeks ago and my mind is so much clearer. Panic attacks have reduced. I am more flexible. Thank you Sarah Beth.
