“You’ll notice I go a little heavy with this stuff. It’s because I have a warehouse full of it” 🤣🤣🤣. Love your content man! Looks like amazing products. I can’t wait to get some.
I’m glad you keep things real, like using a brush, most people don’t understand paint doesn’t matter a lot on these trucks. They normally get cleaned with a scotchbrite or something aggressive
The mud flaps are probably stained with red dye diesel. We spray diesel onto the dovetail and mud flaps because it keeps the asphalt from sticking. It breaks the mix down and makes it easier to scrape big chunks off after dumping out. However there usually isn't a wash down on site to get everything off completely so it dries into the rubber and the dye stains it.
Another great video Bob! I'm so jealous of all your facilities and supplies. You have way too much fun. And I love that you polish those front rims. A 110,000% detail would include that regardless of the streaks or not. I guarantee the dealer didn't have that truck looking that good when they delivered it to the customer.
Thank you for the awesome feedback Doug I appreciate it! Heck I don’t claim to be a detailer by any means but I’m siked to be getting a chance to use the products I’ve developed over the last 20 years in this format and I’m glad it’s being received well😁🍻👏❌🔥💯
These videos are seriously well done, a lot of effort, I really hope you grow bigger because you deserve it! Getting it right from the getgo more or less :)
Very good, finally a detail channel without over-the-top behavior and chambers to sweep the last bit of dirt out of imaginary corners. Cleaning is a necessary evil for many and the protagonist leaves no doubt that there are things in his life that he prefers to do like cleaning other people's dirt away. 👍 Very clear and, above all, honest, if the products don't make everything shine ultra deep in the blink of an eye, because none of the others do that either! 😉
When I wash my tri axle i keep the hose slightly spraying draped over one tire and rinse the brush over and over, also have different stuff for washing rims. Love vids
I am eating potato cubes with a dollop of ketchup while watching your uploads / reviews. The progress you make is exceptional, quality comes first! Greetings, the Belgian.
Well I just spent 6 hours watching video after video, lol. I ran a small detailing company out of my garage about 15 years ago. I still watch video all the time. Enjoy how you edit and also very cool to see your process. I liked how the soap injection improved over the videos and on some how you mark the levels for us to see how much it takes for certain size of job. They well put together!
Regarding *brushes...I opted for them long ago. I use long handle ones, medium & short ones all dedicated to one task. Long for roof/hood/trunk...short for windows cowl/windshield/grill & medium for sides. I rinse them often and wash them thoroughly after done. Just one observation: I would have hit the cab and nose grill first with a fresh brush then after moved over to the back sides & rear. Just my preference to not drag contaminants and particulate to the glass/chrome, car's paint and decal lettering. But again great job! You are my favorite here.
Thank you! Yeah in hindsight I’d do the same I think I’d even keep a brush that’s dedicated to rough areas and keep a fresh one for up around the cab area, the grit guard bucket seemed to work really well for me also
I love it when you clean tires! It's so satisfying and I enjoy your work. You work hard keeping things clean and I'm the total opposite. Would love to see you do some custom rigs.
I’ve watched dozens of your videos my man and the one comment I’d make is a pit underneath the trucks would take it to the next level for under body wash
Nice work!! I'm an IT guy at a Mack/Volvo dealership in ND and so I usually only see these dirty in the shop when I am helping the Techs with computer stuff so it was really cool to see one all prettied up.
I clean some type trucks. I use a bunch of different brushes just use softer ones on paint to not scratch but yeah if the thing is getting gravel and mud n dirt on it doesn't really matter. use soft brush for paint and glass and then tougher bristles on everything else. my trick is use pressure washer and a brush to clean the other brushes.. keeps the junk from being trapped potentially scratching something else. as long as you're mindful of what chemicals tools and pressure you're using. you'll be fine
All about the fine detail on the hands on approach but your product sure cut down the time and come out flawless in all aspects what the customer is trying to achieve. Once again nice work bob
No better products around! 3 things I always carry in my peterbilt: Interior (green tea) Detail Glass All with the proper corresponding rags and in the excellent fine mist spray bottles.
I like all your videos, but you are killing me with the brush bro. What I did was went and bought a chenille floor mop and like 5 mop heads. I change them frequently. Works great!
Thank you yeah I have one actually I used it on the hood, but only one head and I didn’t want to ruin it with the asphalt buildup on the dump body, I’ll grab one with more heads that’s a solid idea 👏🍻😁❌
Meguiars cone is better... It's a firmer foam and doesn't chunk out the way the balls do after some use. The foam cone (and or power balls) and some luhmi from Evans keeps the aluminum looking great year round for us
Just received my first order from you guys, the stars and stripes is amazing! Randomly watch one of your videos and had to try your products The detailer is a little different than I thought it would be though.
I would want to put a mortar mixing tray underneath the dirtiest areas to catch the nasty stuff. That floor is so nice looking it would pain me to let crud run over it. Love your bay and the equipment you have. Can I bring my truck over?
Hahahh thank you sir! I’m workin on tomorrow’s edit right now, dirtiest interior I’ve hit yet, and nexts weeks will be even worse it’s not been cleaned in 5 years😁
I work in the asphalt industry....diesel fuel works better than anything I’ve ever used for getting asphalt or tar off of anything. All the truck drivers use it. If you’re going to clean it after either way, might as well use the quick option 👍🏻
It does yeah I’ve found kerosene is even better, the price tag is a huge edge there cause citrus is mad expensive. I think the main reason citrus still has a market is due to the environmental issues, I think there might be some financial penalties from many of the state’s who see diesel used in that way but I’m not very familiar with all the details on that
@@ChemX yeah they aren’t “supposed” to use that stuff. They have a detergent that they are supposed to use but it doesn’t work hardly at all. Some state jobs require the detergent and there can be penalties. You do great work though keep up the good work 👍🏻
I was amazed by the m- shine so I had to pick some up, and idk how picky you are but a lot of dirt gets built up above the tires under the bed in the cross members, but the build up adds a lot of weight and could mean the difference between getting a over weight ticket or not, but new to the channel and love it
Thank you that’s a solid tip! This truck had a smooth surface under the bed actually with was much easier to clean up than the usual style with the cross members, way less messy
The products you guys have are great. Really digging the Stars and Stripes throughout my paving fleet. Where can I find the small interior brush you were using? Thanks
Thank you I appreciate your support of what I’m doing here! I bought em from detail factory I’m bringing in a bunch of em and adding them to chem-x.com very shortly!👏👏🍻❌💯
I want you to park that big mack truck right in that little garage sorry tik tok ruined me I couldnt stop thinking of it didnt watch it get but ima start and I'ma give your a like and ima sub
18:53 ... Wow, that Pro40 did a good job on the aluminum wheels. I think that would be perfect for the primary drive case & cam chest cover of my twin cam Harley Davidson. I wonder if Chem-X products are sold in Australia?
Mi comentario es una observación por qué no lebantan las cajas de los dump truck I los laban por debajo i el chasis i arriba de la cabina pero muy bien trabajo muchachos dios les bendiga muy buenos videos

Definitely loved the attention you gave this truck bro sure the customer loved it!
I don't know why it is so satisfying to watch... Love from India 🇮🇳
From Monnteal Canada here and loving these videos with three trucks of my own, great tips ill be ordering your products soon.
I’m glad you keep things real, like using a brush, most people don’t understand paint doesn’t matter a lot on these trucks. They normally get cleaned with a scotchbrite or something aggressive
About time someone detailed a real truck.
I’m looking forward to doing a lot more big rigs for sure
I don’t know how I got here but damnnnn!! This is art. This is talent!
