I hope someone can answer this. Thank you in advance! My husband is recovering from quadruple bypass surgery right now. Worried.
ANYTHING Ann and Jane make would be perfect for pre-diabetic diet. Plant based eating is perfect to control diabetes and pre-diabetes. You may want to find a book called "The End of Diabetes" by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. I use his principles for my husband and his Type 2 diabetes is well managed on a plant based diet. I love Ann and Jane because their recipes are delicious as well as nutritious!
Hey girls, in your videos I notice that you always cook/boil your kale. Wouldn't it be better to just steam it, this way the kale might retain more of its nutrients?

I love your recipes but finding out that I have CKD causes some hesitancy for me…I’m want to go plant based but always have to be mindful of fruits and vegetables as well, you know ( potassium, phosphorus) the usual suspects..very frustrating
