    If you check the timestamps of the video, the first rep starts at 0:52 (bar starts to lower) and the 200th rep is finished at 12:51, which means it took 11 minutes and 59 seconds to perform 200 reps.

    Nice! An extra challenge would be to do every single reps much more slowly totally flat. Pause at the bottom 2 seconds. Press the weight up really slowly with as low force as possible and repeat. That shit will really hurt the muscles

      It's called being suited for a sport baby. Next on the complaining list: High jumpers are too tall. Same for basketball players. Michael Phelps is a cheat because of too big hands and feet. Marathon runners: They should'nt be that thin/skinny. And the list goes on...
