Amazing Dinning Experience “Scrapping BONE!” in Japan

This place Jige, Tsukiji in Tokyo was amazing !
“Scrapping BONE!” experience !
The tuna sashimi eaten here, spread on the bone, was truly exquisite with an incredible flavor. The texture was reminiscent of eating beef tartare, and the overall experience was exceptionally special. Other dishes, cooked with the smoky flavor of charcoal, were delicious as well. The skewered grilled items were delightfully crispy on the outside and incredibly moist on the inside. Oh, and the tuna stew we had at the end was unbelievably tender, bursting with a flavor explosion similar to braised short ribs.
