My astrological sign is Leo so I am a naturally creative and passionate person (who has an interest in Arts and Crafts), and Decoupage is something I've always been interested in doing, but I have never done it before so I accessed this video to learn how to do it. Thanks for posting this. :)
Thanks for sharing!!
I'm a Leo too, and I jump right in and want to do what the pros do realize need to take it slow and not undertake so much.
Beautiful. Quick & and straight forward. Hopefully I can achieve the same nice result (:

So glad you found me! Love new crafting friends. Hope you find lots of great content Sabella
You are an excellent teacher! Was wondering if you would be so kind as to decoupage a mason jar with a handle, as I will be attempting to pass it forward at my senior complex. TFS Take Care, God Bless You & God Bless Our Country!
Great idea! I see what I can put together
Also if you have lots of wrinkles, use cling film or suran wrap by pressing the wrap and 11:25 rub over them and it will smooth them out x
Great tip
Thank you fromEl Salavador
I want to decoupage tile to make coasters. What would you use to seal the napkin after using mod podge? You step by step tutorials are so simple and easy to follow. Thank you 😊
Thanks for watching Bonnie❤️ I have used outdoor poly acrylic sealer on coaster and it has worked good. I have also seen people use automotive lacquer spray sealer and say it works really well also.
Really enjoyed the video made it seem a lot simpler than it sounds and you do beautiful work I would like to subscribe for more videos and helpful hints
Thank you so much!
Incredible your job!
Can you add material list, please!
Cheers! 💜💜💜👁👁
Morning. I have a somewhat difficult little wooden box to cover. After looking at your video, i have hope for the first time. Tried twice and failed, and it took me a whole day to take it all off and start again. 🤦🏼♀️ i don’t want that happening again.
Thank you for easy to follow directions.
From South Africa. ❣️🥰🥰🙋🏼♀️❤️🌸
Excellent! ❤️ this video might help you also Learn How to Decoupage Like a Pro / Thrift Store Makeover

Well, i wish i can show you the little box !!! It’s totally covered now. I have to think about sealing it. Actually, i am afraid to do it. We do not have that sealer you used, so my project is on halt for the moment. But thanks, i am making progress and i am excited. 🤩🤩🥰🙋🏼♀️❤️🇿🇦🇿🇦
thank you it was helpful tutorial, but how can we make the texture like ceramic?
Thank you for this beginner's video. I was wondering if this would work with resin projects?
I don’t work with was resin so I’m unsure
I am doing a vanity I painted pink on the sides I want to put florals
Loved your video. Can you use Minwax polycrylic to seal?
Yes you can!
I am wondering if you have a video showing how to download and print the graphics and sizing them to fit the wood piece that you want to decoupage on?
Thanks for watching Jackie. I actually don’t because it would be to difficult with so many different computer programs and versions. Everyone’s set up is different.
I would like to find a source for buying that Varathane sealer used to seal the transfer on bottle. It was last step. Would just like to try instead of mod lodge. Thank you. The video was just what I needed!
Thanks for watching ❤️ you can find poly acrylic sealer at the hardware store. Just make sure it is water based
Paint decopage item youre uusin blea item first wth alcohale wpes then paint with chalk board paint and let dry completely❤
Amazing video! Can I ask how long I leave between mod podging and the top coat please? Also how long to “cure” the top coat before using? And finally how many coats of the top coat? 😅🤗
Drying time will depend on weather. I put on two top coats
Do I need to worry about color bleeding when choosing napkins? Do cheap napkins perform just as well as higher quality napkins? Thank you for the helpful video.
I haven’t had that issuec
Hello, Thanks for all the great info. I want to upcycle a beige platter. The color coordinates with my napkin. Do I still need to apply chalk paint? The platter is stoneware. Will decoupage work on stoneware? Thanks!
Yes it should work fine ! Thanks for watching
if you have time to answer my question... I want to decoupage prints of album covers to a wall, a space over a counter in our bonus room. Would you suggest that regular printer paper would work? I'm going to go to a print shop that has 12x12 paper, hopefully...and decoupage onto the wall. thanks and great video!
Yes that would be fab
Found my mother's giant collection of cutouts and hav been wanting to learn to decoupage. THANK YOU
Also...what is the difference between decoupage and aquapage?
Glad you enjoyed! I’m not sure what aquapage
It look beautiful, i just want to know if you can do this on acrylic? Thanks
Yes you can!
Very easy to follow. I did my first decoupage and it looks ok. Question: I have the same polyacrylic sealer as you, but mine says Interior satin. Does it matter if it is Interior rather than Outdoor?
No that’s perfect
Thank you so much for making this wonderful video for beginners 💝
Can i use the chalkpaint (think thats how u spell it lol) on surfaces of a fridge?
Thank you 💝
I have never done that. I think you would want to go to your hard ware store and ask them what would be best to paint that type of a metal.
Hello and thank you for posting this video. I do you have a quick question I painted wood with chalk paint first then added a thin layer and put my napkin on and it looked perfect until I put a thin layer of Modge podge on top and it bubbled what did I do wrong. I did let it dry overnight before I put a coat on top
I find when using mod podge as a topcoat if you put too much on it will bubble up. Are use a water-based poly acrylic sealer as my topcoat and only put on a very thin coat hope that helps
I would like to share my decoupage project that l did after watching your one on the cool little box you did. How can I share the photos?
That would be awesome! Share it over in messages on my Facebook! Link is in the description :)
Thank you for such a very helpful video. Can't wait to make my first project. May I ask if the finish using varnish, is a matt finish or is it an eggshell type of finish, if that makes sense. Have subscribed to your channel, and want to learn more.
Matte finish ❤️
Can you do this with book pages?
Yes you can
Can decopauging br done on gourds
Yes, it certainly can
Can you use photos? Like decoupage photos on a tray for display?

Thank you! I’m a newbie and have been attempting to do decoupage with napkins on rocks. After watching your wonderful video I’ve realized that IM USING TOO MUCH MOD PODGE LOL! I kept wondering….why don’t my rocks look like the ones in the videos…..
Glad to help out! I have another video I did with rocks here it is !! :) ruclips.net/video/-YSuBvY8Tds/видео.html

Thank you, this was well done and helpful. How do I find your chalk paint recipe?
Transform Anything with 3-Ingredient Chalk Paint
ruclips.net/video/N2cb9xeWDvM/видео.html
I did a transfer that came out great. However the tape is no longer sticky. What should I use to apply it to a painted surface? Thank you.
You can use a glue stick or you can also use mod podge
Is the sponge wet?
Thank you dear, it was a nice explanation. But I didn't get what the last coat is. Where is that I can get it from?
Polycrylic sealer
I've just discovered your channel ❤Thank you for your helpful videos ❤ have you ever tried to decoupage with laser printer printed paper?
