Am new here i really love the out come of the cake looks delicious also i really love that you respond to questions been asked too continue the good work.❤
Hello, this recipe is very fluffy and can work in a whipped cream cake. Pro tip: chill the layers before frosting them to make them easier to work with 😊
This is soo good, please i want to ask, can i add preservative to this recipe as i want the shell life to be longer at least 2 weeks, as i will be making this for my daughters birthday
Pls ma I forgot to ask, will the cake still come out very soft and fluffy without addition of liquid cream? Secondly did u use EVAP milk or the regular UHT milk? And can EVAP milk be used? Thank you ma
i didnt add liquid cream to this recipe so if you follow it properly, you should get a fantastic result. i use both uht and evap but with evap, i dilute with water before use. for example if the recipe calls for 1 cup of milk, i use half cup of evap milk mixed with half cup of water
Full cream UHT milk. Usually comes in 1 liter pack but you can substitute for evaporated milk. Just add 1 part water and 1 part milk to make up the required quantity. Example, if the recipe calls for 1 cup milk, then use 1/2cup water and 1/2cup evaporated milk. I hope this is clear.
Thanks so much for this...pls the egg in the description box is 3, but in the video which you doubled should be six eggs, but it's like I am seeing more than six eggs ooo,Abi it's my eyes😂

Pls whats the quantity of the whipped cream used for the extra 😉
Just about 1/3 cup
Lovely recipe. Please can tou give the amount of batter for each size that will give us a 2.5 inches height. Like for a size 6,7,8,9,10,11,12.
hmmmm. 1 batch makes 2 6" pans and 2 batches will make 1 8" pan with a little left over. kindly do the maths.
Love your recipe

Nice recipe, ill be trying it soon. You added a creamy liquid last into the batter. What's the role of that?
thank you. it heavy cream and i added it for richness.
Please if i want to add preservative what quantity
Sorry I don’t use preservatives. I believe the quantity will depend on the type of preservatives you intend to use though.
