Hi. Your information about this projector is wrong. First, the xbox series x only does 120hz NOT 240hz and that is why the option isn't there. You also did not have the HDR/HLG on. I have the UHD38 and the Series X and I can say that I had no issues setting it up and it looks great. People please watch other reviews before you form an opinion because this is misinformation and should be corrected or deleted.
First of all you don't know what the hell you are talking about: 1. That is the Xbox One S not X. So you didn't watch correctly; 2. We made the testing putting the HDR to ON position it is clear that you haven't watch the entire review. We could not get not even 120hz in 4k; 240hz in dreams maybe. The hdr is garbage we made test, and the picture quality look terrible; next time you want to be a smartass be more careful and document before telling people we missinform

Hi. Yes. Because it had advertised 240hz at fhd. That means it will support all the frequency bellow 240. Meaning 120, 60, 30, 24.... I told in the video that will support 4k at 120? Or i told it had been great to support 4k at 120 hz.
the xbox one s can only do 120 frames in full hd. this is not a problem of the projector. if you had an xbox one x, you could have ran 4k 120 frames. good review otherwise

I have been debating whether to buy this projector for some time, I want it mainly for movies and ps5, but I don't have much space, the maximum I have is 2.8 meters. From such that distance will it reach 85-90 inch? I know that because it is 4K I can sit closer, so The it will look big even with 85 inch.

hey, nice review! I just bought this beamer and I have a problem: It won't let me change color/saturation and my image looks really boring and bland. I also can't change the color options from RGB to something different. Am I missing something??

I've talked to hundreds of customer service hotlines and it might be the signals fault, which means I need to hook up a different device to the beamer, or use a more modern, expensive HDMI cable. and even then, it's not guaranteed that all the options will suddenly be available
Late answer, so you probably found out what was the problem, but to anyone having such issues, certain settings disable other settings, so try turning off different settings, like "blue light filter", "HDR", etc, and see if that fixes the problem. On my regular computer display, HDR makes the picture too bright, and the colors look really bland, and judging from this video, this is also the case with this projector.
34:15 Optical zoom being the most important thing in a projector? You're thinking about the throw rate. The zoom is useful as it makes installation easier, but all it does it adjusting the throw ratio (by 1.1x or 1.3x in the example). If one projector has a fixed throw ratio of 0.8 and another has 3x zoom with a higher throw ratio, then the first projector will still have a bigger picture from the same distance (and you can use zoom to make it even smaller).

Nope... Same chip doesn't mean you can time one to look like the other. It's a little more complex than that. My BenQ is was more vivid and detailed than my optoma. Optoma is more washed out and they are famous for not holding the signal @120hz.

Hi I bought this projector recently when I activate hdr pictures quality is not good but when I try to office it gets switched off but dynamic strength is still working and on video profile only shows hdr and user rest all are not working is this happens to you
How much better is the 4k image better on the opta than the acer? can you visually tell that is that much better with the 4K UHD video that you are playing or , its only marginally better? meaning the content itself makes the biggest difference? Can you quantify how much better it is than the acer?, I have the exact same acer.

3000 'Lumens' not 'Lux'. Entirely different things. Lumens are the total sum light output of the projector. Lux is a spot measurement at a particular point.

4K 120hz was never advertised for this projector

Pc can do 240 hz on this but not console.
I think it will delever 120hz and the projector will make double inside. But into this model we did not succed to do it... Strange model ...
