I use a mini 2 so it's ok to fly in most places as long as I don't overfly crowded areas, I also hold my A2 Certificate of Competancey so I can fly heavier drones if I wanted to. You will need an operator ID and suitable public liability insurance in place before you fly to stay within regulations, also In Hull and many other cities as long as your drone is under 250 grams and you follow the rules as set out in 'CAP 722' you should be ok.
