Hey, great video and I am interested in buying the kit although one question, would it work if watching RUclips and other OTTs like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc on PC?
Hi, thanks for the appreciation. For your question the answer is No. The content you are talking about is DRM protected. Hence the screen capture features doesn't work on any of these platforms. There are better devices which works using a top mounted camera which can work on these platforms. Those devices usually cost around 15k and above.
Do i have to use external power source? Because i am using ws2812b and its 30pixels per meter and i will use 4 meter so it would be 120 LEDs so how much supply do i need? Also i want to use this software using my phone on my tv can i do that?
Hey can a get the schematic of the esp32 circut board so tht i can make it myself, buying the pcb is getting a little bit expensive for me (i'm not an electronic guy by profession)
You don't need any PCB for this project. You can use the ESP32 controller. And directly connect the LED to the GPIOs. Otherwise you can follow the link in the description. I'll add a schematic diagram today in the same repo. Thanks.
@@randomstuffwemake Ooh ok thanks broo, and can u also mention the electronic components which is been used in this project along with the schematic it will be very helpful for a rookie like me thanks again mate.
Currently there is no easy method for TVs, but we are working for one. We will update a new video on our channel as soon as we make it. Please subscribe to our channel for future updates.
Thanks Johny, Unfortunately this currently works with PCs & Laptops only. We are working on a version for TVs as well. Do subscribe for the upcoming videos.
@@wreckronomic6663 Really? How come I have it on my rooted LG C3 running Piccap that captures whole screen and can add every light that HyperHDR supports ;)
It actually worked for me , thank you so much
@@krishkumar7201 Always welcome. Please subscribe to the channel and share with your friends too.
This works as the other systems, as long as your source is your computer... can't use it stand alone on any tv set.
is everything included from the hardware in the box ?
Awesome project
Can i make those side bars and connect it to the same esp32 module?
@@ggr2797 Yes, absolutely!

You can use 5V 2A supply if needed. For phone, WLED app will work.

They are like 99 cents on aliexpress. Why bother making them on your own?

Can u share the Connection diagram
how do you need to do it for a TV ? Is it possible?
It is not, it only runs on pc, and can't do drm protected stuff
can you do this with glow worm luciferin and firefly luciferin please, there's not a single video on the internet
Sure, we will try it once.
Can I use the esp32 C3? Or necessarily C6
You can use any ESP module (ESP8266, C3, ESP32, S3, C6, xiao boards etc.)
Thank you@@randomstuffwemake
1st step- Get a 3D printer wow so affordable
little sarcasm? ;) You won´t need a 3D printer to achieve the result. Take a matchbox or something similar and put the ESP inside :)
but so worth it
Nice, but can we do this on a smart TV
Thanks Johny,

Just use hyperhdr much better for smart tv
for Xbox?@@randomstuffwemake
@@harshilsaxenaa Except it's not as it only accepts external signals from HDMI and will not recieve any signal from the TV apps
