I started crossfit 6 weeks ago I tried this today with a 10kg olympic bar and x2 15kg discs either side so 40kg in total. This took me 29 mins to complete and I had to reduce the weight with the overhead squats. I was dead at the end, I've got a long way to go, but I love it
6 weeks in! Good stuff. Smart of you to scale the weights down when you needed to. This will be a great benchmark for you to re-test in the future. 🏋️♂️
Totally! This is a tough WOD to keep your own count on. Every minute you're keeping track of the four burpees while trying not to lose track of your other movement count.
Haha, next video is coming this month. With four more already scheduled after that. Not able to do new vids as frequently as we used to right now but definitely committed to keeping them coming.
Jeremy Reither uh go as fast as possible and do all sets unbroken, little to no rest.. finish thrusters in first minute and also did 9 sdhp before burpees, finished the sdhp and started on pp in second minute, third minute I finished ohs and rested for 10 sec that's were I went wrong, I should've done a couple FS before the 4th minute of burpees, did 18 front squats before my legs couldn't push anymore so I fell backwards then had to do 4 more burpees on the 5th minute and finish with 2 FS.
The flop at the end is the most understood movement in all of crossfit...i felt your pain my friends!!
