Good job that is awesome. You did what, we should do, when you don't want to wait, learn to do it yourself. I have the PO-1 stock and its my favorite hand gun out of the few i own.
"I've done it twice already..." no small feat for a beginner. I too have done. the decocker and the manual. Neither is that much fun but the results are unmatched. Perfect guns..
I just ran that trigger test on the Single Action as you did in this video. My P-01 did not have any "hitches". I have 5200 rounds through mine. It's my edc so I have to keep it stock according to my IA. After 5000 rounds my double action dropped from 10.5 lbs to 8 lbs and my single action dropped from around 4.5 lbs to 3 lbs.. So it seems to really break in with use . Not sure why I don't get trigger bite anymore either. I do get it on my new SP-01.
A lot of (piss poor) lawyers seem to claim "don't customize your weapon because it will be used against you in court". This claim is really just absurd. Solid rationale exists for carefully customizing an every day carry pistol - that being if the weapon is "customized" to make it "more accurate" from it's OEM (factory) condition (and therefor less LESS likely to hit an innocent bystander when fired in self-defense), would seem to make the customization utterly defensible. Credit card supporting evidence of membership at a gun range demonstrating at least monthly practice would tend to support the seriousness of the gun owner's defense. Any modification made to a firearm, rationally defensible in the interest of the diminishment of collateral damage, coupled with evidence of competent firearm ownership, would seem to indicate a "consciousness of responsibility" on the part of the firearm owner and evidence of his/her taking action to place a fired bullet into the person threatening life and taking deliberate action NOT to hit an innocent bystander.

I specified mine to 7# DA and 3.5#SA and that's what I got. I have saved a lot of money by not being a trigger snob. If you are in a self defense situation the only thing that matters is it goes bang when you pull the trigger. My 75 sp01 omega works just fine and dead nuts acccurate.
What part number for those sights? I just emailed truglow and was told they don't make sights for the p01 but obviously they do since most people have them on their p01s. Thanks for your time
Trigger Snob. Grin. I call it Trigger Disdain. Good triggers spoil you against terrible triggers. What is great about CZs is the DA/SA design and the ergo grips. I also like the way the slide and frame are machined with slide inside of frame. Novel? Yes. Slightly thinner? Yes? Good guns no doubt. BUT.... the Big But. CZ guns have notoriously crappy triggers. I just don't understand why the hell they allow them to leave the factory like that. I just dropped my CZ PCR with David at CGW (I live close enough) and I'm looking forward to getting it back. My Holy Grail DA/SA trigger is a Colt Python. I dare someone to tell me they got something better than that. My second best and as a semi-automatic is a Langdon Tactical Beretta 92 Elite. Wow. That Beretta is like BUTTER. Now, my two Sigs (226 and M11A1) come VERY close to that LTT but it is obvious the LTT is smoother all around. I'm hoping my CZ comes back as smooth as the Sigs or better. I'm carrying the M11A1 at this very moment and I know I can squeeze off that heavy DA pull without any "hitches" along the way. The M11A1 has a SRT short reset trigger and it is sweet. Anyway, there's a LOT that goes into a good DA/SA trigger pull. But it clearly is do-able as proven by Langdon and Sig. I'd love to see CZ step up their quality at the factory and do at least as good as Sig as a standard pistol.
Any pre 95 CZ have great trigger pulls and they don't have the aweful hinged trigger, I'll never understand why gun companies try to fix something that's not broken and make it so much worse and this includes Glock, pre 2005 Glocks have great trigger's far better than the gen 5

As far as that "easy to lose" lifter spring is concerned after screwing around with mine i finally, after the third time watching it fly into another universe decided the h**l with it and just abandoned any thought of trying to re-install it. Now, for the fun part, i've put countless rounds thru this CZ without this little pos spring without any malfunction what so ever. YMMV.
does the standard p01 cajunized have a better trigger than the p01 omega ? how much time did it took you to canunized it ? great video ! greetings from panamá central america
Do you think it’s worth sending one of the to Cajun to have their full package done with new grips, DLC, new parts and RMR cut even though it’s a $1500 upgrade? Reason I ask is I can get a Kriss Sphinx for under $900 and it’s perfect from the factory.
Depends. For the PCR (vice this P01) the choices are pretty limited. If you want fiber optic front and rear, I'd go with the specially designed Dawson FO sights. But I prefer a black rear sight and a FO front, so I called CZ Custom and ordered their tactical rear sight and a 5.5 mm (factory height) FO front site. The CZC rear site extends to the rear of the frame and increases the sight radius, while also covering that weird trough in front of the CZ Compact/PCR factory sights.

Beautiful Piece! Those grips look amazing too. What grips are those?!
Idk if these are the actual grips but I did a bit of sleuthing.
Google “CZ 75 Thin Full Checkered Blood Red G10” as I don’t think YT will let us link gun parts anymore.
Looks like a burgundy/ other red with a full checker pattern.
@@xostler im trying to find these can you help?

You’re welcome.
I have an SDP P-01 (barely shot it). It has what appears to be a custom solid firing pin retaining pin, unlike two other CZs I own (75B, SP-01 tactical). I've heard the solid pins from CZC are less desirable than whatever CGW provides for that irritating problem. Thoughts? Thx.
I’m really not sure I have no experience with the solid pins or the sdp
I want this exact one. Now is the omega any better?
Whered you get the grips… asking for a friend..
I don’t remember! Maybe cool hand grips?
I wonder if it would be worth it to order the parts and have a local gunsmith instal it. I’ve never worked on any of my pistols, and I definitely don’t want to screw up my CZ
Mine came out great ! But I understand it can be overwhelming
Absolutely. That's what I did
Happy for ya man, that's near perfect in my opinion. Mind if I ask what trigger that is?
I have saved a lot of money by not being a trigger snob. If you are in a self defense situation the only thing that matters is it goes bang when you pull the trigger. My 75 sp01 omega works just fine and dead nuts acccurate.
Trigger snob. How many rounds did you have through it before you switched the trigger out?
is P01 a good carry? Isn't it heavy for a carry? Let me hear you
Did you do any polishing?
Little not much tho
Awesome gun🤘👊
Hi not to get off topic but I'm trying to get a holster that'll handle my tlr1 light for the cz-75 po1 Omega and I can't find it anywhere. Help
Look at what guncrafters is doing with the cz's Super Sweet.
What part number for those sights? I just emailed truglow and was told they don't make sights for the p01 but obviously they do since most people have them on their p01s. Thanks for your time
Cz 75 pcr,or compact
The tru glow site has the sights listed as for the CZ 75 line and that’s what I ordered for my p01.
What Grips are those?
Congratulations with your pistoleros.
Mel Fernandez Thank You
The Marshall Gun Channel I need your advice I’m going to order same kit’s, do you know or recommend a good gun smith who knows about CZ and also cajun kit in area of Rancho Cucamonga SB because my gun Smith left to state Colorado.
My wife she has PCR and I have p01 model. Please let me know thank bless you
Mel Fernandez honestly not sure . I do all my work . I would just send them to Cajun gun works
The Marshall Gun Channel thank you sir god bless you and your family.
YMMV.
If you're gonna make another attempt with that spring, use a Qtip shaft. It has enough bend in it to line things up juuust right.
Have you done the video review since installing the kit yet?
What king of Trigger return spring is that? Is it the Reduced power one?
Do you need to do anything on firing pin block to have short reset?
My dream gun. Too bad I live in a country run by tyrants and handguns are hard to acquire.
Do you use it for conceal carry? If so how does it feel? Ty.
Keith Swiercz I have before. It’s like carrying a Glock 19
So is that a Valkarie 2, pro 2, mini 2, pl2? Damn there's a lot of (2's)
What holster do you use that will fit the OLIGHT?
I have a slim fit appendix holster for that exact same setup. I really like it
Sending my standard CZ75BD in this week
those grips look great what are they
did you find out

Big Johnson Guns and Gear Thank you 🙏😁
what do u polish it with? I am a newbie
Frank Castle very fine sand paper
The Marshall Gun Channel thank you
You can use 2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper or Flitz
Where did you get those grips from?
did you find out?
I believe those grips are CoolHand Grips and Amazon has em.
Cz, Tudor, and a speedy? 👏
I wish I would have seen this video before buying the cgw package, that trigger uptake after resetting kills my followup shots. It's so long
hi what grips are these? thanks
does the standard p01 cajunized have a better trigger than the p01 omega ?
how much time did it took you to canunized it ?
great video ! greetings from panamá central america
What light attachment is that?
Do you think it’s worth sending one of the to Cajun to have their full package done with new grips, DLC, new parts and RMR cut even though it’s a $1500 upgrade? Reason I ask is I can get a Kriss Sphinx for under $900 and it’s perfect from the factory.
Where can I buy the pro package ?
Maybe i should get this trigger.
out of every gun i shot, no trigger breaks in better than a cz. just get better the more you shoot em'
Are the dawson sights the best option for 75’s?
Yes Truglos Shoot LOW (4 to 6 inches) on the P01 and P01 Omega. Dawsons shoot to POA
That little mark on the slide adds character
what grips are Those
did you find out
Truglo Sights on the P01 and P01 Omega SHOOT 4 to 6 inches LOW using a Combat Sight Picture at 7, 15 and 25 yards. Their Customer Support is Useless. When you do shoot it let us know how it works for you. Aim at the forehead if you want to hit somewhere in the Lower Torso.
I noticed most of the questions have not been answered. One way communication after spending time watching the entire video?
I haven’t been on here for awhile, I apologize
What’s your question

Amazing gun (I also have a P-01) ruined by a horrible O-Light.
I would put up my sig sauer p220 against urs any day of the week....I've heard CZs are amazing though.
I own a Sig P229, a Sig P365X, a Sig P220, a Glock 19 and a Glock 20 (as a "camp gun"). Love all five... but my Cajunized CZ P-01 is my EDC. Make of that what you will.
@@dmlchannel3262 nice!!!!!! How about my Springfield 1911 TRP???? Nevertheless I'm gonna get a CZ...and a H&K jst for the sake of owning one...I own Sigs, Springfield, Smiths, Glocks, berretas, etc.....I love them all....
@@selaxlife7621 I've never owned a Springfield. Not because I have any "bias" against them, but just never did. I know Springfield pistols to be quality firearms. I was always an owner of Sig and Glock firearms. Thirty years ago, I owned a Tanfoglio made version of the CZ 75, and that firearm was a disaster in terms of reliability and accuracy. It put me "off" CZ firearms, stupidly on my my part, for decades. I fired a CZ P-01 at a range last year and loved it. So I bought one... and I absolutely love my CZ P-01. The only design specification I dislike about the P-01 is it's firing pin retaining pin... but I have a bag of firing pin retaining pin replacements, so I'm all good on the P-01.
I don't own any Beretta pistols, and have no desire to own any in the future, but if anyone wants to donate a fine Beretta 20 gauge over and under to me, I'll "accept" it.
Any fancy Tools to install pro kit in this one?
