Same here man.. i was betatized through a thosand concessions (more like a million) i constanly felt sick and had no energy. I was playing video games more than everything. I didnt feel like ever doing everything and gained 125 pounds. It came to a point where i was closer to 400 pnds than 300 and that scared me so i bought myself a gym membership and put in the work. I can tell you i started feelimg better and stopped being a doormat. Broke it off before covid than Got back together to kind of prove to myself I made the right decision and sure enough less than a year later got rid of her I am down 125 poundsAnd in the best shape of my life And now it's weird getting much a stares from the opposite sex (im 6'3 250)

There isn't time for being an asshole. I don't need to be arrogant. I know what I am and who I am, and because of that, others know it too. I don't need to simp to anyone, because they're nice to me and treat me like I deserve to be treated. I, in turn, reciprocate/mirror the behavior.

The last point on leadership, it is more how you lead. I work in the consulting industry and you get two clear types of leadership, one who was a "yes man" and climbed the ranks because he would do everything and anything to appease people above him. The other kind of leadership is the dominant type, the see a problem they call it out, they dont pull rank and they dont care about rank, they are results driven and can take control of a situation. the latter isnt a beta.
That reminds me of the "Crucial Conversations" book. I highly suggest it as it teaches you how to confront conflict and not be a passive and yes man.

I felt that part about the photo thing and it not being reciprocated, she didn't post pics of herself with her goods hanging out but def didn't post me on her pages but would constantly hassle me about "you don't ever post me,are you ashamed of me?" But I had plenty of pics of her on my page and u go to hers and see one or 2 of me and her. I have got a big ego and love being competitive and must win so I've never felt properly beta but know I had some traits. I'm pleased that most of these are not me. Pedestalling has been my biggest problem but this I'm working on now. That said, I've always been sickened when I've seen friends post lots of lovey dovey pictures and then the girl posts nothing. I can't believe how my friends don't spot this or pick this up. I did raise it once and a friend said I was bitter. lol I'm not but just think it looks a bit humiliatiing to them.
I don't have any of those symptoms. I have to admit I have a very complicated wife as a person. I accept that because she is compliant also. Strange thing is when I become more successful I'm getting more attention from women and her.

I would say you are spot on at 80%. I use to raise German Shepherds, Usually a litter of eight and only one Alpha. The Alpha could usually be picked out within a few weeks. Many woman confuse money with what they think are Alphas and this seams to be part of the problem. Elevating guys like Zuckerberg or Gates to Alpha status is a large part of the problem women have today. Alphas are born Alphas, simple as that. Guys like Zuck and Gates may get you a lot of toys but they will never make you wet and without doubt you will eventually cheat.
Beta to me is caring what anyone thinks of you. Women, other men, bosses, coworkers, family, people on RUclips and social media. A true alpha is his own man. Needs no one else. Women are just a bonus.

It’s not just getting obese fellas. I am short and had lots of muscle in my younger days. Found myself skipping the gym and atrophy set in. I was doing the husband duties at the time. Sacrificing myself for the family, of course ex wife cheated anyways.
She mentioned something once before I divorced about she didn’t feel like I could protect her. It might have been just more garbage coming from her mouth but I did let myself get too scrawny.

I agree with what you said about betas wanting big government, but wanted to make an additional point about responsibility. The other enticing thing about having the government take care of you means that you get to avoid taking responsibility, whether it's something specific like doing your own research regarding Covid vaccines, or something general like doing what your heart thinks is right. Doing nothing means that you don't ever get faulted on being wrong.
I agree with everything except the tell guys be themselves part. Being yourself is just that being yourself not afraid to hold back what you’re thinking not afraid to be who you are as a person just because your afraid what someone might think of you. Usually being yourself is what’s going to get you in life not being yourself is what’s going to get you stepped on and lost of respect cause people especially women can tell when you’re being someone you ain’t. @@bentaylor5328 I feel like when rich says “most men” it’s really inaccurate. It’s not most men, it’s a small minority who are struggling. Just like there’s a small minority of men who are extremely successful (take the distribution curve for example).
Growing up I had a normal life. Parents are still together, grew up upper class, had proper mentorship etc. I find myself seeing this content and find that it’s appealing to guys who didn’t have a strong father figure or unresolved child hood trauma where they need to be on the extreme of calling themselves “the prize”. You don’t need to be an asshole to sleep with women, or have a relationship. I feel like this content is taking it to the extreme because it’s for guys who are extremely struggling.

I didn't have the best guidance but I learned a lot of hard lessons about life early on. By the time I was an adult I could see women for what they are and I never lied to myself about my value in the "marketplace". I've always just taken what I wanted and women have always been attracted to my confidence and honesty. Today, I'm in my late 30s, I'm married to a woman I'm compatible with and I'm happy. My main focuses now are my career, personal development, and wealth building.

My brother you 1000% speaking the truth. In my country a RUclipsr was involved in some controversy - scandal and his girlfriend immediately left him. I checked out theirs Instagram accounts because there was linked in the news, his account pictures with them too together, nature, cars ect. Stop finding excuses, dude. I got ripped in about 5 months, going to gym 3 times a week. And I'm not even done yet. I never ever in my life, felt so good about my body.
Get that body, not for the women. But you may find your self in a situation you don't want to be in. You don't need to fight the guy, running away with decent cardio could help.
Don't worry too much on getting ripped. I mean.. it's better being ripped than not, but being ripped is not a magic that gets you girls. Girls like six packs sure, but attraction has far more in it than that, and being ripped is probably one of the weaker qualities women desire, far more important and crucial qualities women find high value in a man.

A viewpoint: When you interact with other humans, you are more effective when you know your audience. If you identify a person as a beta, you can adjust your approach and expectations.
As examples:
. Don't expect a beta to publicly criticize a woman's behavior.
. Don't expect a beta to follow through on hard work.
. Do appeal to narratives to get them to complete small tasks.
