Fallout 4 is a 2015 action role-playing game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the fourth main game in the Fallout series and was released worldwide on November 10, 2015, for PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One. The game is set within an open world post-apocalyptic environment that encompasses the city of Boston and the surrounding Massachusetts region known as "The Commonwealth".
The main story takes place in the year 2287, 10 years after the events of Fallout 3 and 210 years after "The Great War", which caused catastrophic nuclear devastation. The player assumes control of a character simply referred to as the "Sole Survivor", who emerges from a long-term cryogenic stasis in Vault 111, an underground nuclear fallout shelter. After witnessing the murder of their spouse and the kidnapping of their son, the Sole Survivor ventures out into the Commonwealth to search for their missing child. The player explores the game's dilapidated world, completes various quests, helps out various factions, and acquires experience points to level up and increase the abilities of their character. New features to the series include the ability to develop and manage settlements and an extensive crafting system where materials scavenged from the environment can be used to craft explosives, upgrade weapons and armor, and construct, furnish, and improve settlements. Fallout 4 is the first game in the series to feature a fully-voiced protagonist.
Fallout 4 received positive reviews from critics, with many praising the world depth, player freedom, overall amount of content, crafting, story, characters, and soundtrack. Criticism was mainly directed at the game's simplified role-playing elements compared to its predecessors and technical issues. The game shipped 12 million units to retailers, which generated $750 million within the first 24 hours of its launch. It received numerous accolades from various gaming publications and award events, including the respective awards for Game of the Year and Best Game at the D.I.C.E. Awards and British Academy Games Awards. Bethesda has released six downloadable content add-ons, including the expansions Far Harbor and Nuka-World.
Fallout 4 is an action role-playing game set in an open world environment. Gameplay is similar to that of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, the two previous primary iterations in the series. However, unlike the previous two titles, the gun-gameplay was handled by id Software.[1] Returning features include a camera that can switch between a first-person and third-person perspective. Fallout 4 introduces features including a layered armor system, base-building, a dialogue system featuring 111,000 lines of dialogue,[2] and a crafting system which implements every lootable object in the game. Enemies such as Mole Rats, Raiders, Super Mutants, Deathclaws, and Feral Ghouls return along with the companion Dogmeat.[3]
The player has the ability to freely roam in the game's world and leave a conversation at any time. If the player has discovered a certain location they may fast travel to it, unless playing on "Survival Difficulty" in which fast travelling is disabled. Weapons can be customized; the game includes over 50 guns, which can be crafted with a variety of modifications, such as receivers, barrel types and laser focusers, with over 700 modifications available. Power Armor has been redesigned to be more like a vehicle than a suit of armor, requiring fusion cores and being essentially dead weight without it[4][better source needed] and can be modified, allowing the player to add items such as a jetpack or selecting separate types of armor plating for each part of the suit.[5]
A new feature to the series is the ability to craft and deconstruct settlements and buildings. The player can select and break down many in-game objects and structures, and use the resultant raw materials to freely build their own structures. In addition, the towns can be powered with working electricity, using a power line system. Merchants and non-player characters can inhabit the player's settlements, for which the player must provide sustenance by growing food in makeshift patches and building water pumps. The player can build various defenses around their settlements, such as turrets and traps and bombs, to defend against random attacks.

If it shows a book shelf, you have to be on level 11 to get it after yep finish meeting the brotherhood of steel at their palette, 10 ask to meet him at the police station, go to the tower, upload the tape and go to the old place and you'll find a power armor no bookshelf

If your hacking skill isn’t up to par, the password for the holotape is on a pack of cigarettes in the wall right behind the body in the chair. If you don’t have power armor with a jet pack, you can climb up the crane and jump across to the building and there will be an opening in the wall. I JUST completed this at time of posting.

Also, if you have a companion, look through the window and tell them to inspect the button. They'll walk over to the wall and the door will open
the actual way you get into the place normally is through parkour. you use a crate that's next to the train cart, jump on the train cart then thhere's gonna be a seperation between the build and cart indicated by some planks, then go right and jump on the crate at the end of the building, it's a light blue one btw if you're confused, and then ju8mpo on the one the crane is supporting, then proceed to jump on the other side of the building roof and there will be a hole in the wall right next to some rusty stairs that are INSIDE. hoped this helps in way. and i also just figured it out as i'm posting this.

@@LazsArcade yeah it's crazy. You don't need virgils rifle with mutant slayer anymore. You can find other weapons with same effect. I got solar cannon mk2 woth that effect. As for X-02's and hellfires you can get more than one if you play through echoes of the past.
You can get inside the rationing site by getting on the train doing some easy parkour and you’ll be set

I swear Bethesda always gives out the best power armor in fallout so easily which is literally in fallout 76, fallout new Vegas, and fallout 4

FOR ANYBODY TRYING TO GET INTO THE WAREHOUSE, YOU CAN GET IN BY DOING SIMPLE PARKOUR!
I got that power armour another way. My story starts when I needed materials to build some stuff so I headed to the first red rocket we discover in the game, and as I got there I searched the workshop station that was in it, at the time I stored some materials in there, and once I stopped looting I just get shot at many times in the back, so o looked around and I see lots of guys and at the time I had paladin danse by my side and brother hood steel power armour and a laser rifle so as usual I killed them, and I see this guy named “legendary enclave hellfire trooper, and wouldn’t you know it he had the full set of the X-02 power armour. And that’s the tale of how I got X-02 power armour, and now that I think of it I could do that quest and get 2 sets of x02 power armour :)
That’s actually pretty cool. 2 sets are better than 1 lol. ✌️
@@LazsArcade yeah I cannot find any of this power armor :( it is pretty funny because so I got bored three in game days at red rocket and I saw some of the most random stuff. For example, there’s a chance super mutants will come some Raiders and if you have the automaton DLC you also see rust devils and there’s a very very rare chance you might see Wolfgang
@@Enclave122 Nice!!! About the Power Armors, there’s also a Hellfire one which is tied to another quest (I can’t remember the quest name).
@@LazsArcade I believe that’s Pyro. It’s not that good though after you get the xo2 they send out a squad and that squad has hellfire mark 4 because hellfire armor is kind of bad you can compare it to the raider power armor
@@LazsArcade I found a duplication glitch for power armor. You can cover that if you would like it’s basically you get your companion to stand right next to a power armor stand you trade with you quickly click the power armor station you click B for Xbox I don’t know what you click on PC but basically you just trade the power armor with your companion
I accidentally by just glitching into the area thinking it was a normal vault room
Next you should get the x03 hellfire powerarmor. You have to kill an raider named pyro to get it.

Their's another way to do this which is:
Kill Pyro who has hellfire armor
after a bit the enclave will ambush you
do some missions and eventually you will go to the glowing sea and once you kill the enclave general you can find some guy with hellfire X-02 MK IV

Idk why but the door randomly opened for me after I cleared out a group of robots from the robot dlc that was next to the shed

You know you can get more than one in next gen update. You'll be harassed by enclave from time to time after echoes of the past. I got 4-5 hellfires and 2 or 3 x-02s. You can still get devil's armor too. You also have echoes of the past quest that gives you couple of both of armors.

I did everything in this video until the part where yet to go to the tower with the tape, and then nothing happened. Still asking me for the tape, and nothing shows up. And I did everything it asked

Mine has been glitched and stuck can’t do any thing the tower terminal is completely bugged for me I’ve tried restarting and everything
Are you level 11 or above?
so this may seem like a dumb question but i have the new update and i use some mods in game one of which is AWCKR mod i know in the past with other mods that had power armor and the workbench you just had to change the load order but now that these are input into the game how would i go about changing or making it compatible so i can mod and upgrade the x02 and hellfire sets?
I honestly can’t answer this. I don’t use mods so I wouldn’t know. When I loaded the game up, it made me re install all my DLC do maybe you’d have to re download your mods.

You have to follow the steps on the mission “speak of the Devil “ if you try to go where the Power Armor is located without following the Steps, the door will be blocked by boxes. Hope this helps. ✌️
What level you gotta be for it to spawn?
There’s no level requirement for it to spawn but it’s recommended being level 10 or above
@@LazsArcadeDo u need to be a high level for the power armor to be upgraded to mk VI, because when i got it it was only upgraded to mk I

It’s a standard power armor frame but the helmet is from the “all hollows eve” mission.

Do you need to be a certain level because it is blocked off by a shelf of boxes, AND when i try the radio it doesn’t work but that might be correlated to the level stuff
As far as I know there’s no Level requirement. You have to follow the steps on the mission “speak of the Devil “ if you try to go where the Power Armor is located without following the Steps, the door will be blocked by boxes. Hope this helps. ✌️
Sadly I went through the entire mission and it is still blocked off 😭
@@Pugginator49 aww man. That sucks. I just looked it up and there seems to be a bug preventing players from reaching the Power Armor. My only suggestion would be to try loading an earlier save.

My door is blocked for some reason, do you have to be a certain level to get the armor?, I can see the armor but the security door is all blocked with junk and stuff
@@amvn4005 it’s a bug that happens during the mission I think you have to try reloading an earlier save. As for a required level for the Power Armor there’s none that I know of. Hope this helps. ✌️
