Ok well that didn't work unfortunately. I can go into windows settings, printers and do a test print. it prints wirelessly so that tells me the printer and computer are talking. When I go to a file and print it just asks me to save file in another window and goes round in circles. From print options, print enter, then back to save file as new name. Is it windows stuffing up? microsoft has expired though.
