Hi I have question can i leave it chargin forever or do I need to disconnect it when it’s full charge. I won’t be taking this out just to game. Will this work for shure mv7? Thank you
Good question! If you’re using this with your pc and it’s powered on most of the time then you can leave it connected to it as it gets charge that way just much slower. Or you can leave connected to power as well. It works while it’s connected to power and usb. This will also work with mv7 and bigger mics as it provides 48v where needed. Good thing the mv7 doesn’t require phantom.
I just ordered myself one of these and I am realizing I am picking up static through my headphones. I have tried different pairs and I still get the static, do you have any clue on what it could be?
@@FrappaFrank that sounds like it could be an issue with the port. Do you hear static with the headphone plugged into other ports? Even the ones that are not for headphones? Does a reboot have any effects ?
@@TekToyzGaming Quick reply! I have tried the different ports on the back and I still get the static. I rebooted my PC and the mixer and unfortunately nothing. Should I contact them about this issue?
@@melanieasurto6118 the issue is the conflict of usb mics already having built in “mixer” functionality (mute, gain, monitor controls). Also usb mics need power to run which you don’t get from the 3.5mm port. You basically risk damaging the mixer or mic trying to make it work.
Tomato would say look up the differences between an audio interface and a mixer. There are several differences and used for different purposes. Usually mixers have more features than audio interfaces and can have interfaces built into them.
Thanks for the question. So make sure your headset is connected to the headset port. Make sure your headset volume is up too. Also, most importantly, make sure the monitor button is switched on.
How come when I turn on the BT from my phone and have a music on, I cannot here it from the monocaster itself instead I can hear it from the headphone. Im doing something wrong, what can I do?

@@Szczurek461 that’s correct. If the ride mic is an xlr mic why not just use the xlr connection directly? The 6.35mm should really just be for something like an instrument. The headphone will just go to the headphone port.

What is that your using? OBS? Im confused ehat is that is that something that i need if i want to podcast / stream / youtube? 10:37 i noticed your using bluetooth though, i dont see your using your phantom 48v? I have to use my 48v phantom buttom with my mic to be heard Cna you do a tutorial on how to use this mixer with a apple macbook pro laptop with a mic using a 48v please?
Thanks for the questions. Hope I can answer them now lol. First question, I was basically just setting my default input and output and output to the mixer on my pc. This way the xlr mic gets picked up and I can also hear any audio from my computer as well through the mixer. I was only using the MacBook as a Bluetooth input. Recording was done through a pc. 2. If I’m using a mixer I am definitely using an xlr dynamic mic. Mixers for the most part don’t work with usb mics. 3. This mic does not require phantom power. Higher end and xlr condensers however may need it. I am using OBS for the recording. You need something like this to record and stream effectively.

@@FrappaFrank yea if it’s every port you should contact them about it. Could be a bad unit.
Hello. Is my microphone only a 48v function, can my voice be heard? Does this damage anything?
if your mic requires 48v to function turning that on wont damage the mic and it should work normally.
@@TekToyzGamingThank you.
Hi im having a problem how to connect my yeti mic to this audio mixer:( what am i gonna do? I cant find a right cable. Can you give me solution?
Hello there. Is your yeti mic usb? If so, it won’t work with this mixer unfortunately. Not even with an adapter.
@@TekToyzGaming omg I'm so heart broken:(
@@melanieasurto6118 the issue is the conflict of usb mics already having built in “mixer” functionality (mute, gain, monitor controls). Also usb mics need power to run which you don’t get from the 3.5mm port. You basically risk damaging the mixer or mic trying to make it work.
@TekToyzGaming okay ty for the input. I have to stop looking for cable then and try to get rid one of these(yetimic/moano) .
@@melanieasurto6118 probably best to invest in a usb/xlr combo mic that way you have that versatility.
what is the difference between this and Focusrite solo?
Tomato would say look up the differences between an audio interface and a mixer. There are several differences and used for different purposes. Usually mixers have more features than audio interfaces and can have interfaces built into them.
does it have latency in ear monitoring?
Hey thanks for question. No latency with monitoring here whether pc or mic monitoring.
@@TekToyzGaming Cool Thank you for answering it really helps me a lot deciding whether i buy this or not now I'm sure I'm gonna love this.
How do you make it so you hear yourself when you talk? I can't figure this out for the life me.
Are the headphones connected to the Maonocaster? If so then that’s how it should work. Unless you’re trying to output the music audio to something else. If you’re talking about Bluetooth headphones that you use for your phone then you’ll have to manually disconnect the headset from the phone in Bluetooth settings. Which of these are you referring to?
Can I use this with my pd400x to stream into my iphone for tiktok live?
This I have to test out. It doesnt work via bluetooth. I have an iphone 15 so I need to test this out with a usbc to 3.5mm adapter to the physical line out on this mixer.
I have an corsair hs 65 headset where should i put it in then ??
For this headset you’d have to use only the 3.5mm jack to the headset port. Device does not use usb.
Is there a 6.3 mm headphone jack?
Their is. You can just use the xlr port. Has built in 6.35mm port.
@@TekToyzGaming so I can connect a rode microphone to the mixer, an xlr mic and headphones with a 6.3mm jack
@@Szczurek461 that’s correct. If the ride mic is an xlr mic why not just use the xlr connection directly? The 6.35mm should really just be for something like an instrument. The headphone will just go to the headphone port.
I have a Bluetooth headset with a type C port. Does it work?
This mixer only accepts 3.5mm for headphones. Cant say if a usb-c to 3.5mm converter would work. I tried converting usb mics to 3.5mm and it didn't work.
Hey, so 1st question when i plug mine in to my macbook pro laptop i didnt see those setting that you were talking about for the output and input. So can you tell me what to do there? 8:33
9:39 okay so here you also have an XLR mic, your like the only person so far that is using one and not the Maono microphone which i also dont have. I have an audio condesnor technica mic that im using dor this mixer. I have a question here though so you said you had to again adjust the headphones when you plugged them in? What is that your using? OBS? Im confused ehat is that is that something that i need if i want to podcast / stream / youtube?
10:37 i noticed your using bluetooth though, i dont see your using your phantom 48v? I have to use my 48v phantom buttom with my mic to be heard
Cna you do a tutorial on how to use this mixer with a apple macbook pro laptop with a mic using a 48v please?
Am I able to use this for dual Pc Streaming
This will work for dual pc streaming👍🏽
This is what I am looking for, do we have any idea as to how to set it up for dual PC?
@@TekToyzGaming
@@mikebodfield I don’t have any videos yet on a dual pc setup. I’ll add that to my to-do list of videos to make. Just gotta put back together my second pc first. This device does support dual pc setups nonetheless.
i bought it, but I got a problem with any son that comes to mine, and I'm coming back to a sneaky little squeaky even using the noise cancellor, I'm switching phone, wiring wires, everything works perfect in another device, but with the maono doesn't funicate, reminding that when I record my sound is crystalline, the problem is when I'm listening to sound monitor by the maono
Sometimes if your headset or mic volume is too high it will cause a squeak sound. Don’t still get this issue with low volume on everything?
Does it work for Android?
Android phone? Yes indeed. Can just use Bluetooth or a 3.5mm adapter to aux input.
How yo connect speaker monitor
Thanks for the question. Not totally sure what you mean though. For monitoring audio I connect to the headphone aux port. A speaker can be connected to the line out. Or do you mean monitoring audio via a speaker?
Monitoring audio speaker
@@mixflawpjb3142 since the speaker will be the monitoring device you can connect it to the headset port for monitoring and still have the line out port open for another speaker or output device. I suppose this works if the speakers are in different rooms.
How about turial maono to pc recording
@@mixflawpjb3142 I think I might do that actually 👍🏽
Hi Can this unit be used to video record a singer singing with a backing track? Can both singer and backing track go through this unit into the phone so the quality of sound is even? kinda like this, ruclips.net/video/mKsmGeSXv2k/видео.htmlsi=Gds3p3wN8Y2yNUYl
Hello. found this sitting in blocked bin because of the link added. I think you meant to add another link as this one is unrelated to backing tracks. Thanks for the question either way. this unit won't video record for sure. It can record up to 15 seconds of audio for each button though. but to answer your question, yes, you can record your audio and the backing track playing through the mixer into a mobile device. you can control the audio levels independently to make them even in gain at least.
men this audio int is the same stuff as v8 soundcard it have the exactly same bt presents etc same sample rate same bit depth etc it even have the same effects like music stop when you speak etc in little words v8 have exactly the same factions as a budget garbage soundcard that comes with bm800 mic !!!!! fuck that the only deference is that maono offer 48v phadom power and that is a part that not in the same board with the sound card with that i mean they take v8 and just add a cheap phadom power but by looking the hardware of v8 it have phadom power but is not enable because v8 takes power via usb 2 and external battery
@@neofitosmihail4272 I am not familiar with the v8. What’s the brand? Is it better and what’s the going price for it?
