Thoroughly enjoyed your long video, Cherie. Don’t be afraid to upload them. Washing my dishes and doing my chores while I listen to you is somehow more enjoyable :) Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing! You always talk about perfumes that are unique and not mentioned a lot (or at all). You’re so interesting in the way you tell stories and describe the scents. Also: hounds! 🥰
Didn't know that you were so into earthy vegetal stuff! Thundra is raw mushrooms in soil for sure. Would never wear it! But now feel curious about trying it again. Haven't tried it for years. I have access to this house in Stockholm, so I can sniff it anytime. I have had 6-7 of their fragrances, but now only own two, Orangea and Patchouly and these two are great and not oversweet at all.
Great video Cherie and I agree about the pricing for Ormonde Jayne, I love Evernia by OJ but would not pay full price, certainly not with the price increase. Chanel has also had a price increase. I received a Chanel voucher for my birthday earlier on in the year and bought a bottle of Rue Cambon. I had some samples that I used and agree that it is a beautiful perfume. On the subject of purchases, I managed to track down a vintage bottle of Poeme that I didn’t need to get a loan to buy. I had forgotten how much I love that perfume and it instantly transported me back to my twenties and a good friend who is no longer with us, she used to wear it everyday. I’ll think of her now when I wear it 😊
Love Eau de Mystique from Wesker! I should have bought that one instead of Histria. Histria is very nice, too but I rarely wear it. Have a 10 ml decant of Eau de Mystique with 8 ml left. It goes a long way.
I loved this video. I have fallen for Babycat. One of my top five vanillas and one of my top fifteen perfumes. I love your discussions. I have a certain number in mind because too many choices stresses me out as does the thought that the bottles will go bad before I can wear them (and I wear perfume every day all day long). And though it’s a nice idea to sample first, some samples have smelled very different from the full bottle wear. Not to mention most of my samples go to die in the sample graveyard (box) in my drawer. 😂 I could honestly listen to you talk about ANYTHING, but I love your lengthy discussions about perfumes, travel, life, and choices.
I have Babycat and I’m Indian and that description is actually spot on. There is something reminiscent of temples and spice stores and brings back memories that I can’t put a finger on. I’m so intrigued by the Jeau de peaux probably need to chalk up a euro summer trip for this one 😂
What a great collection of fragrances Cherie. I was in the Chanel shop in the city the other day and was given a hand and forearm massage with the Coromandel body oil. Wow what a gorgeous scent! ❤
Hi there! Love your channel!! I have decants of both de Profundis and Thundra- so so good. I appreciate your candid descriptions. What I really appreciate is that you review a wide variety of fragrances- not all/mostly sweet fragrances. I know they are very popular right now, and don't get me wrong, I have a few sweeter fragrances myself, but I want to try all kinds of fragrances, and overly sugary scents are not typically for me. Oh! And your dog is adorable! Looks like a Visla- gorgeous puppy.
Thanks for watching! Yes I traditionally have not been a "sweet" fragrance person but one thing is for sure - I certainly have come around to them purely based on their ubiquity but I also still love my earthy/woody/spicy/fresh non-sweetened counterparts. Poppy is indeed a Vizsla! Velcro dog...
Weeeooo! Such an enjoyable video! You can unbox Serge Lutens all day long and I'd watch!! Just saying! (I've been looking forward to this since you mentioned having gone in your European trip video) I'm sure the sales people enjoyed having you as a customer because you are articulate and knowledgable and appreciate the whole experience. An hour video...ah what a delight. Love your finds. I too recently got the Cythere and when I'd tested it in store it was very nutty and woody with the warm brightness of the lemon, but in my 100ml it's more dry lemon and not as nutty ...but I must say it has changed over the past month that i've had it....less lemon sweet and more nutty dryness...i look forward to hearing your thoughts on it at a later date. Such a cute travel bottle.
Hi Cherie, great collection of perfumes! Lovely to see you so excited for your newbies! I could listen to you talk about perfumes forever. Your descriptions are spot on. Xx
The way you describe Baby Cat scent, it's spot on. From the beginning, I've described as the smell inside a hipster downtown store selling recycled saris. ❤
Oh I still have Iris silver mist on my wishlist but last time I picked Sa majesté la rose. De profoundis is so beautiful 🥰 Did you have time to visit a Nicolai shop? I bought Iris medicis last time I went to Paris and I'm really loving it ❤
Hi Karine! No I went to only a handful of parfumeries and only the ones that were on the Saint-Honore strip (plus the Serge boutique at Palais Royal). We sadly just didnt have the time! I also wanted to visit Oriza L. Legrand
Hi Cherie, Thank you for this honest video, missed your vids ! It's inspiring to hear what you've been up to in Europe, and your scent stories in the perfume boutiques and on the streets, in between 'decision time'. I think it's super special to look forward to getting a new perfume, whether in store, or second hand, of course!. For me, there is something lovely & intriguing about going into a perfume store... and trying different perfumes & having scent experiences of time & place. As to your open question about purchasing new perfumes whilst not wanting to over-purchase or get overwhelmed by them... I can relate ! I have recently returned to collecting perfumes, after a 10-year hiatus, and it's been immersive & joyful, whilst also overwhelming and all consuming with the amount of time I spend searching and looking at videos. So for me, this is also an ongoing dance between wanting to get & discover 'new' perfumes, whilst actively choosing to make sure I really like them before I get them, and also working towards a perfume wardrobe of having only perfumes that I love and enjoy !!! (no time wasters, and no blahs...) Thank You ! 🙏 😊 🪴
I really hate Iris Silver Mist so good for you, haha! Really want to get my nose on Jeux de Peau, sounds really nice. I was very close to buying a bottle of Fables D'Orient when I was in London last summer, but so glad that I didn't. Have been able to try it since then and didn't like it that much. It is very difficult to get a good opinion at the counter after having tried a bunch of other perfumes.
Hey Cherie - enjoyed hearing about your purchases!! Some day I want to go to that Serge Lutens boutique. I’ve been to Paris once, and was not nearly as into fragrance at that time. SL is one of the houses I have the most bottles from too.
Loveeee this haul! And I agree about Spiriteuse, while it’s beautiful… I prefer Vanilla Diorama! Currently on the lookout for a good deal to get it. I watched this video over the course of several days 😂 the commitment to finish it is real!
Hi Cherie! Excellent-- something to watch on my day off work whilst I paint my nails and relax in the sun. I always have so much to say in response because you cover so much in AN ENTIRE HOUR, wahey! 🥳🎉 The Serge Lutens' 'bread-y fragrance' instantly reminded me of my great burning curiosity about WHAT ON EARTH has happened to A Lab on Fire's 'Messy Sexy Just Rolled Out of Bed' fragrance?! It's been out of stock everywhere around the planet for YEARS now with no update anywhere on whether it's discontinued or not. After that amount of time I cannot understand the lack of communication with the public/loyal fans of the fragrance. It's a Domonique Ropion composition so not some amateur hour job...I don't get it. The other fragrance house that feels unstable to me in some way is Fort & Manle. I adore their fragrances so I must be clear about that (I may have mentioned my great passion for the entire range years ago, I can't recall) but there's a strange issue with performance and consistency of product. The new formulas all evaporate within an hour on me. Crushing. I love them. I also find it a red flag when an entire reformulation of a range is not clearly communicated on a brand's website; these new fragrances have the same names but come in different bottles and are almost totally different scents-- not that I mind as the new Amber Absolutely is heaven compared to the old one as is the new Harem Rose but Bojnokoff is really smoky in its new incarnation compared to the gorgeous sweet old one. I thought the bottle design couldn't be outdone but holy smokes the new ones are ravishing! What do you make of this brand, have you ever had a more thorough examination of it? Lastly, carrying on from my last point a little: bottle design. This is rarely discussed in frag-com and there are no comprehensive videos exploring design and presentation. Wouldn't you love to see more too? I'd love to have your view on bottle designs as I keep seeing the most extraordinary new offerings from niche brands (many which I've never even heard of, let alone sampled). Often the bottles in question are collectible special editions (like the glass sculptures from Sweden's 'Agonist') but others are the standard line vessels on offer from new niche brands. Gorgeous-- the contents inside would be a bonus, I'd be happy with them as decorative objects in many cases. Anyhow, thank you for this long vid. I feel like I've multi-tasked this afternoon, ahaha! PS= Re: Ormonde Jayne price increase: you reminded me of how unimpressed I was with the exclusive range from Guerlain (from which Cuir Beluga, Spiriteuse Double Vanille etc come from). Look, no offense to anybody who finds them sensibly priced for the quality they get; for ME, at that price point the value is just not there. They are watery insipid concoctions with no longevity and begin to evaporate within a couple of hours on me. During that hour I can't smell it unless I crush my nostrils against my skin. For the price, that is unacceptable. It's the historic house of Guerlain!! The price!! Those two things shouldn't be associated with those fragrances. Anyhow, signing off now from Unpopular Opinions'R'Us. 😆💅
I love an unpopular opinion as you know! Love it. Have you tried the range from Anka Kus Parfum? Perhaps they might possess the pizazz you are now missing from F&M. Yes a lot of these Prive lines are just overpriced now, i have just placed another order of samples from Sainte Cellier, time to discover some more interesting offerings that can’t just rely on a past reputation to make the sales.
Oh. how I enjoyed this video! You have such a good way to talk about perfume, and I am so glad that there are people in the perfume community that not only care about the new stuff! I went to the Serge Lutens shop in Paris two years ago, smelled my belived Fille en Aiguilles, but decided to not nuy it because I had already spent a fortune in Jovoy. Very bad decision ! This year we are going to Italy, and this time I will not hesitate if I find some of the things on my wishlist that are not possible to source in Norway. And I really enjoy long videos, keep them coming🤩
Thank you! Yes Fille en Aiguilles is gorgeous too! I probably would be more inclined to wear it in a cooler climate to my home town though! Oooh please fill us in on what you pick up in Italy!! 😍😍😍
Amazing video! I must say I love your videos because we don’t have the same taste so I get to discover different perfumes. But now we have the same favorites vanillas. Vanilla Diorama is a chocolately vanilla for me and so underrated, lovely!
Thank you Cherie!! I wandered over to the Serge site after your video to see about de Profundis and there it was! And on sale in the gratte ciel bottles for the Serge Days 💜😀 Thank you for reminding me how much this was on my perfume bucket list … but I’d thought it well out of reach! (The bell jars are NOT on sale sadly, so no JdP for me … yet 😜)
@@TheTopNote I'm so sorry you missed that!! It's a pretty purple juice tho, and now you have one to see it all lovely in 😊 I don't mind the gratte ciel either, I know lots of folks don't particularly care for them (understandably), but funnily I think it fits the brand to have this tall black bottle with a surprisingly colored fragrance inside ... sorta part of the mystery, like his note lists. 😄
Loved this and really relate to the final section! I am trying not to add to my total number anymore (so 1 in 1 out) but I love so many in my collection so there's not much I want to get rid of!
I just looove long videos, and what a great discussion 😍 and the perfumes that you presented are really good, I need to get my nose on Vanilla Diorama, and fast, because I've heard it is being discontinnued ❤️
Oh Serge. I'm sooo jealous. And its nice to see lutens representation in a video! Sourced an Puente perfumes iris doux sample based on your last video. I love it!
Deprofundis is gorgeous! My only bell jar. Unfortunately, it evaporates so I have to keep it taped shut. I don’t wear it as often as I should. I also love earthy cold florals. I enjoy iDeprofundis during spring and fall as well. Unrelated, I found a partial vintage bottle of Champs Elysees EDT at an antique fair a few weeks ago. You’ve mentioned it before but I had never tried it. What a beautiful perfume. It’s so pretty! I have since bought a full vintage sealed bottle as well as a bottle of the current EFP. I prefer the EDT but will wear both. I enjoyed this video! I hope that you feel better soon. ❤
Great video. I have started to wait before impulse buying to curate my collection. I want perfumes that truly move me and give me joy vs following trends. So I find myself sampling more now and not blind buying. I also have gotten to a point where I know what I don’t like so that saves me when it comes to all the new stuff coming out. 😁 if I sample and I have to have it… then I buy it. 🤷🏾♀️. Great video- thank you ❤
Love your comments/interest in earthy/decay/foresty/mushroomy scents! It made me wonder if you have sampled Musc by Bruno Acampora or Chypre Mousse by Oriza L Legrand … when I looked up your PR Thundra on Fragrantica, I noticed they are on the “similar to” ranking! 🙌 I must smell Thundra, now!
Hi Cherie, Thank you for charring your latest treasures with us. They all sound wonderful . I think how you have been going about sampling and trying new scents that move you is a great way to enjoy the hobby. Being patient and finding great deals on wish list items is a great way to keep to a budget too. We only live once! Enjoy the things that give you joy♥
The sampling and slower purchasing is fine, but sometimes I still catch myself and wonder..did I need to make that purchase at all? Anyway, Im learning thanks for watching and for your lovely comment! ❤
How Fun! Luten's shopping in Paris. I love that store. Funny fact- I now live in Northwest Spain, but 2 years ago I lived one block from Le Secret du Marais in Madrid. They are such lovely people and it's where I picked up my first Mona di Orio perfume. To touch on the topic of Balance, it seems that you're in a good headspace and you're making thoughtful decisions on your purchases. All of the perfumes that you mention in this video are beautiful fragrances that have a solid following. For me, it's not about how many bottles I have (less than 100) but I'm focusing more on the bottles I no longer want, which is easily 10-15 bottles that I need to offload. Well, thanks for the 1+ hour video, it was very enjoyable.
Oh the convo about sliming down collections!? I never got to an insane amount because before covid I had only 4 for fall winter and 5 for spring summer…then covid happened and RUclips perfume reviewers happened and came into my life! And trying new things and wanting the new best smelling thing and gourmands ( stuff new to me ) happened! And now I’m finding it’s like I don’t want to miss out!? So I said enough!! I would truly get anxious! I could buy 2- 3 perfumes a month and be happy and I’m like yes it might be a hobby but it’s an expensive one! And I need other more important things…ha so now I’m back to my my seasonal classics a few gourmands and I think for me a good number is 25. To cover the diff seasons and newer scents! I do think we can spend way too much time internet browsing etc and I’ve found it literally made me more anxious and not relaxed! 😅so that’s my goal! And you mentioned Dacob! I love him! 💕 he does such unique reviews!
Lovely fragrances that you have added into your collection🤩🤩 Agree with your regarding Dior's Holly Peony. Enjoy your new perfumes and can't wait for your next video🤗
I completely understand you! I try to purchase hard to find perfume. No designer at all. I love unique smelling and complex fragrances. But Profumum Roma is my favorite house. The Spirit of Dubai is next. Ira a love for me
Hello, I am Sandra from Paris. I had the same reaction to BDK 312 Saint Honoré. The ambroxan dominant drydown really put me off. I do not like synthetic smelling scents. I hate Ambroxan! I own only 2 fragrances with Ambroxan. I love Un Jardin a Cythère. It is a grower. Indeed it is so unlike other Hermès. You are lucky to have found Cuir de Russie pure parfum. It has been out of stock for a while in Paris. As you mentioned, les Exclusifs pure parfums have been discontinued: they have completely disappeared from the French Chanel website. I managed to purchase Bois des Iles pure parfum just before the discontinuation though
Some of the perfumes you mentioned are in my wish list (Coromandel, Iris…, etc), now I want them again. I never stop wanting new ones, it’s a journey, new experiences. The only thing that is saving my budget (sometimes 😅) are the decants, if they are possible to get. Otherwise buying…
De Profundis and Thundra sound right up my alley. I’ll be in Rome in a few days and hope to stop by Profvmvm Roma. Kind of a silly question - when you packed all your perfumes in your suitcase to come back home, is there any special way to do it? Do you just keep them cushioned with your clothes and check your luggage? I hope to do a London trip sometime next year and do some shopping, but I always worry about perfume and traveling. Would love a video about tips when traveling and shopping! Thank you for the wonderful videos and honest opinions.
I just kept them packed in their original boxes - in fact, most of them I didn’t even open while I was still overseas. And then I just packed them tightly in amongst all of my clothes.
If I’m ever travelling with full bottles that aren’t in their boxes, I will just roll them up individually in items of clothing. But I usually travel with decants these days..
So gelous of you that you went to Serge Lutens Paris boutique! 😊 I am curious, în the boutique everyone dabs their skin with the glass cap from the bel jars or do they have some sort of atomizer for the bel jars?
Your haul is stunning and we are here for ir! Will go to paris for olympics and serge will get some portion of my perfume budget there for sure. I just want a lot of them from this bell bottle colection but i am worried about that application:(( how is it to use it on everyday basis ?
So, I’m only 1 minute in, and I’m already influenced to source some freeze dried raspberries! I fear for my bank balance once you actually start talking about the fragrances 😂❤
Hi Cherie, you always look beautiful! I love Profumum Roma Thundra and I love Serge Lutens! All are wonderful. Love Profumum Thundra and the fig one which I’m not sure of the name
Oh Cherie...Oh Cherie.😅What an engaging episode🙏You have enabled your husband greatly..how adventurous he's become! Lets hope his scent bubble doesnt clash with yours...but thats a discussion for another day n'est ce pas?🤭The prices are exhorbitant for many so I appreciate you mentioning cheaper, just as appealing, fragrances occasionally.Have a peaceful evening and weekend.xx
You bought some great perfumes on your travels cheriee i allso love profumum roma i bought two bottles the other day from the perfume store in hawthorn peony i have three from this house which are arso which reminds me of church bench seats very woody and smokey the other i bought was ambre aura a beautiful amber gray with frankincense. ❤ id like to pick up the olibanium as well. Will be going to the store in about a months time as i gave my freind Rebecca a sample of ancelot by Marc Anthony bawa sorry for wrong spelling she feel in love with that fragrance and wants to go get a full bottle it has a lot of vetiver and woody noats in it i quite like ganniemead from this house .thank you for this utube video you both had a great time at the perfume houses .
So enjoyed this video, Cheri! The SL alone had me in awe!! Would love to own a bell bottle from Paris … one day!! I also love Profumum Roma & own Dolci Pensieri in a 18 ml. Sabbia Bianca is another beauty from them! 💜 Also a tuberose scent, did you smell that one?
Hi Cherie! I enjoyed this long one a lot 😀 Perfume shopping in Paris boutiques sounds dreamy and you definitely had fun. All your new bottles are very interesting. Regarding OJ I already backed up in Ormonde Woman, I quite dislike this new bottle thing and the new pricing. But this is being crazy among many brands, also designer prices becoming niche level, what did I expect niche brands were going to do... I am in Parfumo and I buy me second hand bottles there. No way I am going to pay more than 150 € for a bottle of liquid 😅
@ you were the first one I ever heard talking about Nuit de cellophane, I didn’t know you bought a fb. I just ordered de profundis, but online it only comes in the black skinny bottle, bummer! I really want the bell jar! Also got jeax de peau and nuit de cellophane. excited for the soil note and bread accord, blind buy thrills :) Btw I’m really loving TF black lacquer w the vinyl note!
The Ormande Jayne news makes me sad. They've priced me out. I would never want a Parfum version of my beloved Champaca. I bought that fragrance because I enjoyed its softness.
Cherie, may I ask which Facebook group are you in? I’m Australian too and looking to join a good, reliable fragrance group, for buying and selling. Looking to move my listings from eBay which are too expensive with their fees! Great video. Thank you! 😊
There’s a few, one of them has been closed to new members for a bit because it got pretty big but here’s the main ones that I check regularly: Australian fragrance marketplace Australian Fragrance Exchange Brisbane fragrance Aussie fragrance network (more discussion than sales) Perfume lovers Australia Female fragrances buy/sell/swap - Australia
You have officially made up for your no buy year. 😂 My thoughts have completely changed over the last year re the right number in my collection. I started a few years ago looking for my one or two signature scents thinking that was all I needed. Ha. Now 5 years later I’ve got what I think is a sizable collection. More than I “need” but still feeling like I’m exploring and still finding fragrance loves that are holes in my collection. Last year I was thinking that there is no reason for more than 60 fragrances because you’ll only get 6 wears a year on average. Why buy another perfume to only wear it a couple times a year? But NOW i think perfume is like everything else. I don’t need a new dress but if I like it enough and the price is right I will get it. These simple things that are indeed luxuries do give me some degree of joy and a feeling like I am truly expressing myself. I Am seeing a lot of overlap in fragrances and am trying to do more this versus that testing of samples before I add a full bottle to my collection. I also know that some notes I won’t wear a lot, like incense. Those I try to get in travel sizes or 30 mils even though I love them.
Lol it seems so, although I used to buy this in a month so I think the No Buy definitely has slowed me down. I could do better though. Exactly- "Why buy another bottle only to wear it a few times" that is the mantra we need to remember!
You know what? I am a regular viewer of your RUclips Channel. I have seen all your videos and your content qualities are very good. I learned lots of things from you. Your channel has great quality contents but still it is not delivering its right audiences due to SEO problems. You should focus on your SEO so that You can get a big fanbase. Thanks.
No code cracked here... only recognition that some portion of my disposable income must be allocated for clothing... wearing a spectacular frag will never REplace clothing.😂
Thoroughly enjoyed your long video, Cherie. Don’t be afraid to upload them. Washing my dishes and doing my chores while I listen to you is somehow more enjoyable :) Thank you.
I remember the year of no buy, a dark time for me 🤣
LOL! Well its probably about time I did another, Mitch! Maybe not a year though.
😂😂😂 agreed! I’m happy you didn’t follow suit!
Thank you so much for sharing! You always talk about perfumes that are unique and not mentioned a lot (or at all). You’re so interesting in the way you tell stories and describe the scents. Also: hounds! 🥰

Loveeee this haul! And I agree about Spiriteuse, while it’s beautiful… I prefer Vanilla Diorama! Currently on the lookout for a good deal to get it. I watched this video over the course of several days 😂 the commitment to finish it is real!
Haha Shann, I appreciate your dedication! Xx 😘
@@TheTopNote will do!
Wow really?!!! How on earth did I miss that?!! I would have preferred that format tbh. Enjoy! I have been wearing it a lot this past week x
I feel that pain! I keep telling myself I’ll get rid of some but it’s hard when I love them all!
I just looove long videos, and what a great discussion 😍 and the perfumes that you presented are really good, I need to get my nose on Vanilla Diorama, and fast, because I've heard it is being discontinnued ❤️
No, really?!! Great 🤦♀️
I really like Jeau de Peau by Serge Lutens and I am waiting for its black slender sprayer bottle version. Hopefully soon.
Loved hearing about your new acquisitions!
Thank you for posting this helpful video. Love your new hair style!!
Haha thanks! Although its not really a new style, I just brushed it for a change! 😂
@@TheTopNote 😍
Poppy Has excellent taste in perfumes, like her Mum🥰
Lovely fragrances that you have added into your collection🤩🤩 Agree with your regarding Dior's Holly Peony. Enjoy your new perfumes and can't wait for your next video🤗
I ADORE CHYPRE ROUGE!!! Thank you for showcasing it! It’s beautiful 😻
I cannot wait to wear it more and give a full overview!
I completely understand you! I try to purchase hard to find perfume. No designer at all. I love unique smelling and complex fragrances. But Profumum Roma is my favorite house. The Spirit of Dubai is next. Ira a love for me
Tuberose from profumum Roma is fantastic. I needed to have it. But I also liked Tundra and actually Ichnusa also good
Hello, I am Sandra from Paris.
In that case, perhaps I need to pick up a couple more while they are still available in Oz.
Love that purple colour juice colour too. 💜 I used to call it 'lavender koolaid' 😂 Thank you for sharing Cherie!!
Yes I think I’m on decants and samples for the rest of the year!
I am curious, în the boutique everyone dabs their skin with the glass cap from the bel jars or do they have some sort of atomizer for the bel jars?
Your haul is stunning and we are here for ir! Will go to paris for olympics and serge will get some portion of my perfume budget there for sure. I just want a lot of them from this bell bottle colection but i am worried about that application:(( how is it to use it on everyday basis ?
So, I’m only 1 minute in, and I’m already influenced to source some freeze dried raspberries! I fear for my bank balance once you actually start talking about the fragrances 😂❤
😂😂😂 omg I need to buy more!
Hi Cherie, you always look beautiful! I love Profumum Roma Thundra and I love Serge Lutens! All are wonderful. Love Profumum Thundra and the fig one which I’m not sure of the name
Thank you so much!
Les Secrets de Marais!! I was there last May. 🙌🏻😁
Love your perfume reviews 💞💞💞
Thanks Theresa! 🙏
We have to find the deals where we can Sonia! xx
Great content. Thanks!
Thank you JJ!
I am from Paris and I could picture myself in the Lutens boutique, would have loved to be in the shop with you guys 😂
I would have loved to go perfume sniffing with you Illiona! x
Hi Chérie! Shopping perfumes in Paris must be such an exquisite experience! Best way to eat cake after a year on a diet! 😅😂😂😂
Thank you for your vidéo !😊
I am going to be pick up De Profundis and Jeux de Peau, did you ever end up getting Nuit de cellophane?
Oh great they really are lovely. Especially De Profundis!
I’ve owned a bottle of Nuit de Cellophane since about 2018 ☺️
@ you were the first one I ever heard talking about Nuit de cellophane, I didn’t know you bought a fb. I just ordered de profundis, but online it only comes in the black skinny bottle, bummer! I really want the bell jar! Also got jeax de peau and nuit de cellophane. excited for the soil note and bread accord, blind buy thrills :)
Btw I’m really loving TF black lacquer w the vinyl note!
@ 🥰
A bit off topic but where did you get your sweater 😂 very cute!
H&M! Its from the cashmere range. I have been living in it this year so far, it is my current favourite.
I've been looking for that version of De Profundis, may I ask where did you get it from?
Yes from the Serge Lutens boutique in Paris :)
The Ormande Jayne news makes me sad. They've priced me out. I would never want a Parfum version of my beloved Champaca. I bought that fragrance because I enjoyed its softness.
Yes, I wonder why they didn’t create a separate Parfum line? Perhaps it was too costly to do both…
How was Paris at this time of year? Overwhelmingly crowded?
Not too bad actually! I mean, more than I am used to here in Australia but way less than the high season. It was pretty easy to get around.
Cherie, may I ask which Facebook group are you in? I’m Australian too and looking to join a good, reliable fragrance group, for buying and selling. Looking to move my listings from eBay which are too expensive with their fees! Great video. Thank you! 😊
There’s a few, one of them has been closed to new members for a bit because it got pretty big but here’s the main ones that I check regularly:
Australian fragrance marketplace
Australian Fragrance Exchange
Brisbane fragrance
Aussie fragrance network (more discussion than sales)
Perfume lovers Australia
Female fragrances buy/sell/swap - Australia
@@TheTopNote Thank you so much Cherie! I’ll check these out 😊
You have officially made up for your no buy year. 😂
My thoughts have completely changed over the last year re the right number in my collection.
@@TheTopNote thanks for reading my novel and commenting on it. 🤣
