It’s great to see Simon and Yanis working side by side, both doing the same job of plastering. Yanis has come a long way, thanks to Simon, and they work well together. He learns new or different details with every job, expanding his knowledge. One can see he really enjoys what he is doing. He is so fortunate to learn from Simon and Simon is an excellent teacher.
Billy’s new catch phrase…”I’m just going to pop down to Bricko”!! The chandeliers are gorgeous lit up! Dad, Rick, and Steve have done a wonderful job on the garden! I laughed out loud when Alex was plastering…he is just too cute! Kudos for trying Alex, but you might stick with your day job…you are a pro at that!! Thank you for always bringing us the crew, and all the humor every day! Love from Pennsylvania, USA 💕🌷🐻
Mick and Ricks work in the garden is impressive. It is a huge space to deal with, on a budget, but you can see how lovely it will be in a few weeks' time. The chandeliers are beautiful. Kudos to Alex for having a go at the plastering. It is always hard learning a new skill, Yanis has learnt so well. 😄

The chandeliers are beautiful. Have a thought, having the carpenter make beautiful wood. tall and ornate frames around the hall doors / entrances would make the doors look more proportionate instead of miniature. make sense? just a thought, great job everyone, really en😊joy your videos.
Love the chandeliers. Alex, you will be efficient with plastering with experience. Thanks for the giggles. Mick and Steve and Rick are doing awesome on the garden. Before you said pool, I was thinking those two planters could be kitchen herbs.
Hello everyone. Billy.. am a 68 year old female and I do not find any one of your humor nasty. I under how men are and trust me, we women and be the same. You made me smile when you said, “spreading my seed.” Enjoyed your vlog today especially “ the cameraman” learning to plaster.
Simon: Your haircut is great! So handsome! I think you are very interesting as you impart your knowledge to us as you are tackling big things! Yanis: You are amazing, quite seriously. I love watching you work and am always so amazed what strength you have for a man of a (somewhat) slight build! You are such a gem! Billy: I was hooked when I first stumbled onto your channel back when you were working on the roof of the chapel at the chateau! Mitch! Wow! You are really a man! I can go on and on, but I just wanted to give my double thumbs up to all of you. Although I didn't mention everyone, I love everyone you have featured on this channel!
I am fascinated with the dormant seeds that sprouted from soil/insulation that you moved from the interior walls to the garden. Have you considered dedicating a small area outside to put some of that soil, to see exactly what grows there?
Just a small bit of advice on seeding the lawn, you should always scarify the soil in prep, at least 2 or 3×! The roots of many of your unwanteds run deep, and the only remedy is tilling or raking and re-raking multiple times! Several unwanted grasses and vines run deep and wide, and sterilization is the top option, but can be accomplished with multiple root removing tills or deep raking sessions! Awesome progress, and hope the seeding takes and spreads!
Great effort Alex with the plastering. Simon the teacher of plaster skill. Yannis the upcoming chief of plaster work. Billy the endless cash bank. Mr Petherick the fount of wisdom and energy. Rick the new Titchmarch of all things gardening. Thanks Alex for great video. Watching from Australia.
Oh! How I love stone work, so much preserved in France and the UK. The convent features of fireplaces, rafts and beams all look fabulous. The entrance to the convent, stone floor and the railing around the cellar stairs will be a feature. I do realise that stone walls are cold but at the moment the door to the cellar looks like a mouse hole! I keep expecting to see Tom and Jerry racing up the steps. All that lovely stone wall covered up, such a shame, a beautiful feature lost. Watching your vlogs makes my day, everyone there, such special people. Sans 🇦🇺
Wow! Simon can teach anybody how to plaster! I’m going to send Billy’s dad a push spreader for grass seed and fertilizer! He’s a tough little guy but there is an easier way to spread seed! Happy to hear the heaters are going to be sent soon. Things are moving right along with the Convent! So fun to watch!😊
Kudos to Alex for giving it a try! And to Mick for making the garden look fabulous.

Even though we have seen the plastering and painting done several times Alex makes it look so pleasant to watch,
The chandeliers are beautiful. Have a thought, having the carpenter make beautiful wood. tall and ornate frames around the hall doors / entrances would make the doors look more proportionate instead of miniature. make sense? just a thought, great job everyone, really en😊joy your videos.
Simon saying "young boy" 😂😂😂
Love the chandeliers. Alex, you will be efficient with plastering with experience. Thanks for the giggles. Mick and Steve and Rick are doing awesome on the garden. Before you said pool, I was thinking those two planters could be kitchen herbs.
Love the banter between you guys :)
The job of a true master is to make it look easy. Simon has certainly accomplished that. So has Mick.
awh, beautiful
Yep, friends can dig each other because they have built a relationship...love the humor.
Simon so happy you didn't fold on your greetings. Every one in the world should be addressed as you do, Thank you, Simon😊
Your dad has done everything! Such an amazing person and resource!🎉❤
Chandelier already has a big spider web on it lol
The birds will eat the grass seed. Keep it wet...
Love a chandelier ... they are both beautiful
